This company is the real deal. I wish they could repair other things. I'd definitely call them. They didn't just send a person out. They sent a true technician who really understand his craft. To be honest, I only intended to pay a certain amount to fix my garage door but Joe Huggins (The Technician) taught me something about garage doors I never knew. The lesson he taught me was worth enough to pay a little more than I expected. He didn't try to use big words or make the situation more confusing than it already was. He broke down a sophicated situation to where a 5th grader could understand the process that was occurring and needed to happen. I felt Joe was very straight with me and didn't try to sell me their most expensive priduct. I treasure great customer service and to be honest, it's hard to find in a great city such as Atlanta and the surrounding areas. After calling Precision and their speedy service and the expertise of their Technician Joe, I felt like I experienced the best of customer services in Atlanta. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs their services.

I’m super happy with the services from the company. I called them for a issue with my garage door and they were able to send across an expert next day morning. We had Shaun come over and take a look at issue and he did a complete inspection/ diagnosis in like 15 mins and explained everything there is about garage doors and spring system. We did a torsion rebuild package and the whole thing was completed in an hour or so. They also have pretty good warranty packages. Happy costumer.
