Ryan Hudson contacted me with an arrival time and was here when he said he would be. He was very friendly, professional, skilled and absolutely perfect. I was walked through everything before the work was started and he answered every question I had. I cannot give him enough credit for the job he completed. Everything was performed correctly and in very reasonable time! The company answered my chat on Thursday evening and had a technician at my house at 8:30 am Friday morning. We experienced a series of issues with our Genie 2128 model from the time of purchase. Chris Karnacewicz worked with management to replace the 2128 with a new 3120 model which we have on our 2nd door and have not experienced any issues. As always, Chris was courteous and customer oriented. We were very pleased that Precision chose to replace the defective 2128 and replaced with the 3120. This convinced me of their desire for customer satisfaction and commitment. Thank you, Chris, for a job well done.

Allen was great. My door opener quit working this morning. I called and he was able to come today. He replaced the motor and belt, installed a new keyless entry, and programed my two cars in two different bays. This is the second time I have used Precision and it was great both times. I would definitely use them again.

Corey Vandezande did an exceptional job repairing our garage doors. We had torsion system replaced and he fixed the bottom Of our door that had been bumped and wouldn’t close properly.
