Allen was great. My door opener quit working this morning. I called and he was able to come today. He replaced the motor and belt, installed a new keyless entry, and programed my two cars in two different bays. This is the second time I have used Precision and it was great both times. I would definitely use them again.

Corey Vandezande did an exceptional job repairing our garage doors. We had torsion system replaced and he fixed the bottom Of our door that had been bumped and wouldn’t close properly. He was professional yet personal and very respectful-can’t say enough positive things about him. Called this afternoon and everything fixed by this Eve! Excellent work and fast too! Over Memorial Day weekend my garage door failed and my car was trapped. Called Precision Garage Door and they came out within hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. Precision Garage Door is the BEST! We've had our door for several years and have been extremely happy with its looks and performance. When we needed a repair, they are quick to respond with friendly, professional, qualified, and courteous technicians. For instance, today we needed a repair. I called at around 9:30 a.m. and a technician arrived about an hour later and took care of our problem! Now that's service! Our technician was Juan. He was so nice and knowledgeable! Precision always exceeds expectations!

Cory updated our 22 YO Genie garage door openers (2) with new torsion springs, drives, motors and controls and did a great job in less than one day. His work was excellent including removal of all old items, clean-up of the site, lubricating and adjusting the tracks and glides, programming cars and remotes, and reviewing the new installation with us. The new doors are almost silent - what a difference!
