I called late yesterday afternoon to get a quote for a garage door opener. I got an appointment for today between 4:00 and 6:00, but David called and was able to come earlier at 3:00 which work out great. What is it? I can’t see it. Leave it for you. He quickly gave me choices of garage door openers and I made an selection and he was able to get it installed, completed the cars programmed, and added a new keypad for entry in a little over an hour. he also helped me set up the iPhone app to remotely open and close the garage door I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and David did an excellent job!

Allen was great. He patiently explained all issues with our ten year old garage door opener system and he priced out each option, along with explaining the pros and cons of each option and offered a discount for full replacement. He didn't pressure us toward any particular option. We chose to replace the sensors which he quickly and professionally did and tested they worked properly now.

When our garage springs sprung, we called Precision, and 'Scotty' with Precision was able to get here same day, had the parts to resolve the problem, and put our garage door into working order in about an hour. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He provided useful new info about our set up that helped us chose the right product. Our replacement was better quality and more cost-effective than what we had before. He kept a very clean workspace and respected our property and garage area. He made the effort to listen to us, to educate us, and to provide service that was top notch. I'd recommend Scotty and Precision to everyone, and would use them again in the future.

I had a pleasant experience with Scottie who notified me of his arrival 30 minutes before as promised when I booked my appointment and showed up within the promised time range. He was friendly, professional, and obviously knowledgeable as he was able to figure out the problem with my garage door quickly. He explained what he was going to do and the cost before he started working. I did end up needing a whole new torsion spring system replacement because my old one was so old that Precision doesn't carry it, but I was assured of the quality of the new one. Scottie worked in a timely fashion, and I am pleased with the results. He also taught me some garage maintenance and things to watch for. I will definitely be using Precision for my future garage door needs.

Precision did arrive the same day I called, and fixed the issue with my garage door; however, BUYER BEWARE of their extremely inconsistent pricing. My neighborhood and I had the same issue with our garage where one of the springs broke, and the garage wouldn't go up anymore. My neighbor used Precision and was charged $249 to replace one of the springs, and the labor was only $17 which brought his total to $266. I was told I had to replace BOTH springs even though only one was broken, and was charged $361 for EACH spring a total of $722, plus the labor was $189, bringing my total to $911. The technician was here for a grand total of 45 minutes fixing everything. When I called Precision to ask them about the discrepancy, the receptionist LaToya told me the manager Mike would call me back. Never received a call back. Will not recommend this company to any other neighbors with garage issues because I don't want them to get taken advantage of on pricing the way I was. Very disappointed.

The tech expert that worked on my garage door did a very good job of not only finding the problems but solving them in a short period of time. If I have any other problems in the future, I hope he will do the job. My only complaint is how expensive the service was. Being a senior citizen, I would hope the company would respect that we may be on a budget.

Scotty is the most personable, knowledgeable technician I have met. He provided at least eight options to solve the problem we have been experiencing starting with the least expensive to the most expensive option. After discussing the pros and cons of each option, taking into account the age of our equipment, decided on the most extensive service. He went straight to work and installed springs, rollers, key pads, motor and cables finishing in only in 2 1/2 hours. All systems go. Scotty is a great asset to your company!

Great job on installing my opener!! But not great double charging my card!!!! Talked someone today about fixing it and she was supposed to text me the information about reimbursement I still haven’t gotten a response!!!! I’m not happy with the end result of this purchase. I would not recommend you to anyone I know. it has to do double charges on my credit card fix or I will depute all charges and you can come take it back.
