Precision has great customer service!! Joe was very professional, he explained what he was doing and how long it would take and wanted to know did we have any concerns. Joe was awesome, I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done. Please, don’t go anywhere else because I thought I could get the job cheaper the guy didn’t know what he was doing so I had to call Precision. I’m very satisfied.

Juan and Thomas were great. They came early which worked out better for me, and took time to ensure I received the products/options needed for a reasonable price. Installation went well and I was able to head out early for my Saturday errands. I called Precision about 8:45 pm and our technician called within 10 minutes to say he’d be there within the hour and he was prompt! It turned out to be more complicated than we originally thought and he was very thorough and completed all the repairs staying almost 1 am.

Your technicians installed an operator and springs. Everything went well. However, when I was trying to install the remote app on my phone, I could not complete the process because it appears that it isn’t capable of doing so even though the controller at the inside said I could do so. I would like this feature since it appears I paid for it. Otherwise the technicians were polite, professional and completed the service in a timely manner
