Guy came out and did not want to do the job because of pet which would not have been in there while he was doing the job and complained about smell. Well a dog lives in the garage which should not have been a problem would not do job

We did speak with the technician that came out to your property to better understand what was going on.  He had zero problem with your dog being there. It is the company's policy to not put our technician's health in danger due to unsanitary conditions. It is certainly not standard practice for us to leave a job unless the homeowner doesn't agree to do the quoted work. We are sorry we couldn't work with you on this, but should you have any further questions, please call our service manager.

Precision replaced my motor about 2 years ago. The spring broke this morning and they were able to come out within 2 hours. The tech/repair person, Chris, was great. Super nice and did great work. It wasn’t cool being surprised with an almost $600 repair on a Tuesday morning but I was very pleased with the service and work that Chris provided.

Michael was on time and starting inspecting right away. I called for a broken spring, but decided to replace my older opener. Michael took his time and gave me a few options that I felt were fair. He went right to work and completed the install in a timely manner. We were very happy with the service we received and will recommend you to anyone.
