Chris Baxter the technician was professional and knowledgeable. After a complete inspection of my garage door he had recommendations for repair but also pointed out possible problems that could arise in the future. No pressure, no pushing to purchase, just an honest result of his knowledge of the industry. I took his advice and decided to replace an aging door. I sent an email through the website early Sunday evening and they called me back that night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Justin came out on time and showed me what needed to be done to repair it, including replacing the only spring that the door opener installer had installed years earlier. Justin gave me a fair price to install the required 2 springs (I researched prices) and my garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly! Very satisfied and will use them again.
