I needed a new garage door opener mechanism in a hurry, didn’t have extra time to shop around. Got a call from Ryan soon after making the appointment and he was on his way. He was pleasant, explained what was wrong with the old system and gave me options for installing a new one. Everything went smoothly and he was done in an hour as promised. Precision has great customer service!! Joe was very professional, he explained what he was doing and how long it would take and wanted to know did we have any concerns. Joe was awesome, I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done. Please, don’t go anywhere else because I thought I could get the job cheaper the guy didn’t know what he was doing so I had to call Precision. I’m very satisfied.
