On yesterday when I got home from work I met with Roy. I told him the issues I was having with my garage. He explained to me all my options. Bottom line I needed a new system. Roy was extremely professional, very patient in explaining all my options and very detailed once he installed my new system. He has excellent customer service. I was truly thankful for the job well done I could not have asked for anyone better!!! Thanks Roy!

I had several estimates to replace the doors for a 3-car garage. Glen Bush of Windows and Millwork recommended that I look you up and I had also seen your work in the neighborhood. Jason Davis did a superb sales presentation and I decided to go with Precision Doors. Your installers Fred and a trainee were such professional gentlemen. They catered to my request to replace an existing rotten wood beam that they said was not in the order and clarified my concerns. The installers even asked for permission to play music while they work ..I was impressed! I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you for the military discount!

Shaun, the technician, arrived on time and was very engaging. I explained the issue I was having, and he completed a thorough check of everything. He provided several options for me to choose from and explained each option thoroughly. In less than two hours, I had a new opener, springs, bearings, bearing plates, cables and cable drums, rollers, and surge protector. He even walked me through using the app to operate the door. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Precision Door Atlanta. Special shout out to Shaun!

Great installer. It was interesting to watch him work. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The product was superior to others we looked at. Ryan left our garage clean, he wiped down both doors inside and out. The finished product looks wonderful. We highly recommend Precision doors.

We did discuss this with the technician and he states a quote for the work was given so it could be approved before the work was started and after the work was completed, he stated the two of you discussed how much better the door was operating. We do understand you feel like the time frame was not long enough for the price you agreed upon, but the technician is experienced and is able to perform his job faster than someone that is newer to the door industry. He did a tune up on your motor and door, both of which are separate items and prices. We do appreciate your business and we are happy we could help with your door needs. I needed a garage door fixed and my neighbor recommended Precision Door Atlanta. When I called to make an appointment they originally said that they could not come until between 4-8pm. Within a few hours Joe called me and said he would be arriving around 1:45 (which he did). Which I was thrilled that it would be fixed before my husband arrived home. Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. We look forward to working with him.
