Victor arrived within the window I was promised. He did an initial inspection of what I was reporting as a problem and then offered me three different solutions that would work depending on my budget and how much repairs I want it done. I chose the one that will last the longest and I’m very pleased with the work that Victor did to replace the springs, the cables and the rollers. My garage is working great again. I would highly recommend this company and Victor.

Being an idiot, I damaged my garage door. It was pretty bad. Precision was the only one of the "24 hours companies" that answered the phone and were able to come out same day. Jojo came out and explained the damage and what he can repair. Within hours of breaking the door, JoJo had the door up and running like new. He serviced the entire system as well and opening and closing the door is much quieter than before. I would definitely come back to Precision (hopefully I get JoJo again) and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

We had 2 doors + openers replaced and are very pleased with our experience with Precision Door Service. We considered multiple companies to replace our 2 doors and openers and are so glad that we chose Precision; from the initial on-site visit, answering follow up questions and scheduling the install, the confirmation from the office, all the way through the installation, we were given top quality service. Thank you Orion for the initial consultation and patiently answering all our questions, thank you Rick for a fantastic install! Honestly I'm stunned at our new doors... I keep going back into the garage just to admire them, and- not kidding- I genuinely look forward to each time I get to open/close them. Our previous doors were unreliable and a complete spectacle to operate, like a mini earthquake. Our new doors are INSANELY quiet and graceful and look fantastic. Thank you Precision Door Service!

The installer came out installed my garage door opener and put holes in my ceiling and then tried to patch it up it looks like crap it's not a good patch job at all I'm very disappointed in the patch he did.
