Response was very quick and regrettable on a Sunday! Cable broke and door came down oddly letting guide roller come out of track and hang door at an angle! Mr Pike arrived on time and immediately assessed the repair needed and proceeded with approved work! He was very professional and polite! In no time he had the door back in tracks and was replacing parts needed! I’m very pleased to hear a quiet door operating smoothly like new! Mr Pike represented your company very well! Thanks

Precision Door was so quick, easy and efficient. Saturday night my garage door spring and cables broke and Precision Door was there at 10:30 am Sunday morning. Not only did they fix it, but the fix made the door much quieter and will last so much longer.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We hate to see that you did not receive five star service because the quote was too high. Customer satisfaction is our top goal and we want all of our customers to receive five star service from start to finish. We did go back to review your account and listen to the recorded call to make sure you were informed of the $59.00 service fee. The scheduler did inform you of the service fee up front and that it would be waived if repair work was done. After that, you did acknowledge the information he gave you on the call. When we provide a quote, the price includes the parts and installation. Online quotes for parts only will of course be cheaper when comparing them, as they do not include the installation fee you'll be charged by another company to come and install the purchased part. Most companies in the service industry will charge a service fee and some will not waive it with repairs. The service fee is charged to cover the time, gas, insurance, maintenance, etc. that it takes to keep our business running smoothly. We are sorry you feel your experience warranted a 1 star review, we would love the opportunity to help with your door but we do understand the need to shop around. Please don't hesitate to call if we can help in the future.

Andres Garcia was able to fix a broken torsion spring within 24 hrs of my phone call. It was one of the best experiences as a customer I've had. Andre's was great about explaining what needed to be fixed and presenting several repair options for a variable budget. My wife and I were equally impressed with how thoroughly he explained things after the fix was done and what additional steps we could take to ensure our doors last a long time. I will happily give my strongest endorsement for Andres as well as Precision Door Service. An outstanding company!

Shaun installed my new garage opener. In addition he replaced the rollers and springs on the door. He showed me how to set my car and external door opener up including using my new phone app. The door now operates very quietly and smoothly. Shaun was very thorough on all aspects of the installation. He was really to answer all my questions I had. Shaun is a true professional in installation and customer service.

The service interaction from start to finish was excellent. I was impressed by the 24/7 service availability. The service representative answer my call on a Sunday evening and did her best to find an available tech. With no avail she offered a 8am -12p service visit on the next day. The tech (Dustin) called as schedule and was at my home that morning. He was very knowledgable and made the repair very quickly. The orignal problem was the door spring had popped. His confidence in completion with alll the parts on his truck was great. The experience by far was exceptional. I would highly recommend Precision for garage expertise.
