Today we had maintenance done on our garage door and a new garage door opener installed. Sean called before arriving and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment time. That was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent and professional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our garage door and afterwards gave us a detailed description of the maintenance options and costs before beginning to work on the door. He worked quickly and efficiently. After repairs and installation he went over all the repairs he made and demonstrated how to use our new garage door opener. His work looked very clean and neat. We especially appreciated that he used a mask and gloves and sprayed all the areas that he touched with a disinfectant. Overall it was a excellent experience.

Thanks so much to Precision for fixing my garage door. I called them as a 2nd opinion because the guys at Overhead Door Atlanta stated I needed to replace my whole garage door due to the fact that it was a 3 panel garage door. The other guys wanted me to replace the whole thing to a 4 door garage panel door. Keep in mind my home is a brand new construction townhome and none of my neighbors had this issue with the same 3 panel garage. Glad I called Precision. They just needed to replace the spring and hinges and saved me so much money. Very honest people not looking to up sell me!
