Roy came on time first thing this morning. My two doors had not been serviced since installation nine years ago. He looked over both doors, showed me the defects and explained what needed to be replaced. I decided to have both doors completely serviced. Roy started immediately and completed the job in a reasonable time. He was very thorough, neat and polite. I could not have asked for a better serviceman.
