I had an issue with a new door that they had installed. Even though it was on a Friday evening, someone answered told they were booked unless it was an emergency until Tuesday. Since I was able to open and close, I accepted the appointment. Repair tech was on time, friendly and made the repair at no cost to me. Glad I chose this company for my new door.

I want to 1st say that the Tech Ryan Hudson was outstanding, he was on time and once he arrived he accessed the issue with great knowledge, let us know what the issue was and we decided to go with a brand new system with warranty, update technology so we could be worry free, I would recommend Precision Door Service.
