I called to have my keypad replaced. Ed called this morning letting me the time he would be arriving. He informed me that a new keypad wouldn’t work with my old Genie motor. He inspected the door finding that the cables were very worn/frayed which could cause the door to fall down. Ed gave me repair options to choose. I was extremely pleased with his friendly professional attitude. When he completed his work, he made sure I understood the features in the new Genie. He is a keeper for Precision!!

Found you in the Trust Dale Certified Services Guide. Garage door broke and car of course was inside. I called around 2pm and got a early time for tomorrow but I had to get my dogs from day care by 7pm. They had Dustin here before 4pm. He was very kind and thorough. He wore gloves and was respectful of space due to the Coronavirus. A very nice young man! Thank you for your quick response and kindness! I can now leave and get my dogs before the shelter in place begins tonight. Be safe!!

Great Service! Dustin called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. He carefully assessed the situation with our broken door opener and patiently provided options and recommendations. Once we had determined a rebuild was the best path forward for both of our single 22 y/o openers, he immediately set to work. In an amazing short time he had both doors totally repaired and operating beautifully. He took time to program the outside remote and both cars, doing it all quickly and much more efficiently than I could have done. He cleaned up the area and insured I was knowledgeable of the openers operation, and I could hardly believe how much quieter the doirs now opened. All in all, quality professional service very rapidly performed at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with the result. Great Job!

With the awards & Trust Dale certification, I felt that Precision would do the job correct. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable talking with the dispatcher. She said the tech would call me before arrival. She set his arrival between 10am-2pm. Roy called me at 9:43 am,to give let me know that he was on the way. I asked him to call me back when he was closer, so that I may put my dog away. He said no problem and called when he was closer. When he arrived, we chatted for a little bit about life as he assessed the issue. He told me exactly what the problem was and he is very knowledgeable! He gave me his recommendations to repair the door and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. Roy is the epitome of customer service! I felt like I was talking to a friend as he performed the job on my door. Upon completion, he cleaned up the area and even installed a new string on my disconnect because the other one was filthy from the grease of the spring. I see why they have the awards and the certification!

Total waste of my time. The model I have was given at the time the appointment was made, but was told by technician your company does not work on Guardian openers.

We apologize your time was wasted but that was certainly not our intent. We did go back and listen to the call (as all calls are recorded) and you did inform the call center that you had a Guardian opener and she went ahead and scheduled the appointment. We have informed the call center that we do not have access to Guardian opener products as there are no distribution centers for them in the Atlanta area. You will need to call your original installer to see if they still carry this brand, as it may be your only option for repair. We apologize for any inconvenience and should you need any garage door service in the future, we would be happy to help.
