Great service! I requested service and they were able to come out the same day. I ended up needing a new motor and after giving me a few options to choose from, it was installed right away. The tech was super friendly and explained everything clearly before completing the work. I’ve used Precision twice now and would recommend them to anyone!

I was very happy and pleased with Roy who came out to repair the garage. He was excellent and gave an complete assessment of what was wrong with the garage door and gave choices of what he would do and the prices. Happy to have found a reputable company to make repairs with a great warranty. I would reccommend Precision to anyone who is looking for a company to repair their garage.

Ryan Hudson was completely professional, someone who installs trust for the customer. He explained all the work that needed to be done, told me why it should be done and after completing the work, demonstrated the "finished product" so that I could see AND hear the difference. He also gave me instructions on how to maintain the system and told me when a next major tune up would need to be done.

Since having the garage opener installed, I've attempted to download the app to utilize it. Well that's been unsuccessful and now there's a blue light flashing. When I called customer service I was told there would be a service fee for a tech to come out?? When I asked for someone to call, no one did. Not sure now if I made a mistake on selecting this company
