Edward has always done a great job. He really cares about the customer. He looked at our situation and gave us our options. We took his advice as we always have. My experience with Precision was the best from the estimate to the installation. Jason D. came to give me the estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted, knew what was in stock and helped me select a beautiful door. George P. and Ryan A. came to do the installation. Both again were very knowledgeable and professional, they dismantled my very old and heavy door and had the new one installed perfectly! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I tell my Precision experience and show pictures of the before and after to anyone that will listen. I will certainly recommend Precision!!

Since having the garage opener installed, I've attempted to download the app to utilize it. Well that's been unsuccessful and now there's a blue light flashing. When I called customer service I was told there would be a service fee for a tech to come out?? When I asked for someone to call, no one did. Not sure now if I made a mistake on selecting this company

Great service! I requested service and they were able to come out the same day. I ended up needing a new motor and after giving me a few options to choose from, it was installed right away. The tech was super friendly and explained everything clearly before completing the work. I’ve used Precision twice now and would recommend them to anyone!
