I was very pleased with the whole process. Being able to book online over the weekend and have the operator contact me and tell me he could even come earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly. Chris was the name of the operator that came out, he was very friendly personable knowledge addressed the issue that needed to be addressed presented me with payment options And variety of services. It was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it needed to be fixed and I was satisfied with his knowledge base and ability to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Our door stuck partially open on a Saturday afternoon. I called and they had someone out Sunday and he was able to even come earlier than scheduled time. He fixed our door in a couple hours and could not have been better. Explained reverting that was worn, what should be replaced and what was still good. Door is tons smoother and quieter now!

Good experience had technical support out three times. One to install door opener another to identify noise when opening door. That's when it was determined that a new door was needed . Ordered door and less than two door was installed. All three workers were polite and professional you should be proud of your staff.

Precision Door sent Joe to inspect my opener the next day of my call. Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. Next day service is amazing these days and Joe was very competent. He installed a new garage door torsion spring and all the system that goes along with it for both doors in a very reasonable amount of time. Very prompt and efficient service.

I had a new garage door installed about two and a half years ago from Precision.Door Service. I have been very satisfied with the level of service and the product as well. Recently my door would not close on its own and I checked the sensors and could not figure out the issue. I called Precision Door again, Aaron arrived within the hour to my house, and within minutes he diagnosed the problem and replaced my sensors. My garage door is the original (1997) from when the house was built. Great service Aaron, and very professional as well. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Aaron for you garage door needs.

Tech came out within a few hours after calling to get someone to come out to check my garage door which was broken and I thought was going to fall on my car. Tech was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to support the door to prevent the door from falling until my new door comes in and can be installed. The Tech was fine. He did his job and was courteous. The price I was charged for replacing th sensors however was exorbitant. 358$ to replace the sensors was too much. I tried to use a coupon and was told I couldn't. I had purchased a door from you a few years ago and was happy with it. But I won't be back due the price you are charging. I feel ripped-off.

Jacob Mikelson assessed quickly and recomended 3 best solution option. Needed a new Liftmaster belt drive opener. He and his assisted had the part. It was an upgrade to my old opener and had additional camera and wifi features. Once installed , in about an hour, the opener was smooth and more balanced than before. Jacob verified the new Liftmaster would work with the existing door to ensure the approximately 15 year warranty I greatly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and explanation of my new device and its operation. I highly recommend Precision for garage door installs and maintenance.
