We chose Precision due to a previous installation (new door). Derek was very congenial and knowledgeable about the products offered. Derek walked us through the door operations and set up. He encouraged us to follow up with the Precision website as necessary and to review the enclosed instruction manual. Derek’s colleague, whose name escapes me (sorry) was also very pleasant and cordial. Thank you for a great experience!

Jacob Mikelson assessed quickly and recomended 3 best solution option. Needed a new Liftmaster belt drive opener. He and his assisted had the part. It was an upgrade to my old opener and had additional camera and wifi features. Once installed , in about an hour, the opener was smooth and more balanced than before. Jacob verified the new Liftmaster would work with the existing door to ensure the approximately 15 year warranty I greatly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and explanation of my new device and its operation. I highly recommend Precision for garage door installs and maintenance.

Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Quickly assessed the problem and explained the issue and solution clearly. Took less than 2 hours to replace everything but the door. I would definitely call the again.

Love this company! Our cars were stuck in the garage when the springs and the opener broke. I called Precision, and they had a repair tech out here within 2 hours. Incredibly fast service! The repairman, Aaron, was knowledgeable, pleasant , and had the door working the same afternoon. I am so happy I called them, because I had no idea who to call. When I saw the positive reviews and the BBB A+ rating, I thought I would try Precision. It was a good call, and I do believe they are a company that provides excellent service and repairs.
