Cory updated our 22 YO Genie garage door openers (2) with new torsion springs, drives, motors and controls and did a great job in less than one day. His work was excellent including removal of all old items, clean-up of the site, lubricating and adjusting the tracks and glides, programming cars and remotes, and reviewing the new installation with us. The new doors are almost silent - what a difference!

I went on the internet and read about your company and another large competitor. What got my attention was the $29 "lets see what is wrong" fee, plus the quick response. I got an appointment the same day that I was searching on line. Aaron Page was my technician and he was prompt to arrive in two hours of my four hour window. He was knowledgeable and professional with what was wrong with my garage door. He gave me multiply options on different levels and costs of manufacture parts. The parts I purchased were the two floor sensors. They were bad and causing the garage door to only open a few inches. I highly recommend Aaron and Precision!

Mr. Huggins did a superb job fixing my garage door. The right side of my garage door came off the rail. He installed two torsion spring to support the weight of the garage door. He replaced the torsion cable and the rollers. He programmed and put in a new keypad. Opening and closing my garage door is a lot quieter. Highly recommend this company.

We have done business with them before and are quite satisfied with their service. This time when I called, they said someone would be there between 12 and 4PM. The serviceman was there at 12:10. The job lasted about a half hour and was completed to my satisfaction. Just waiting for my E-mail receipt.

We have used Precision Garage Door Service a few times for issues we have had with our garage and we will not use anyone else! I called this past week and was able to get a technician, Jeremy, out the same day. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. I actually called another Garage door company before calling Precision. The other company gave me the feeling that all they were interested in doing was selling me the most expensive thing they had. I sent them on their way packing and called Precision. The technician Bryce Diesz was interested in getting me back up and working without killing my checkbook. If you are out there and need someone to trust... I believe this company is one you can trust. I still spent more than I wanted but it was half the cost of the first guy that showed up. I definitely will rely on them in the future.
