Very pleased with the installation of the new garage door. Both men were professional, well organized, and kept the area free and clear of debris while working. One panel delivered with a dent so an new panel was ordered for replacement. Overall, they did an awesome job and communicated effectively during and after the installation

Replaced our 27-year old Liftmaster openers with new belt drive Liftmasters. Justin our technician did a great job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He arrived on time, installed our replacement openers quickly, and helped to set up the MyQ app for us. We chose Precision because of its good reviews and its high ratings from services such as Trust Dale and Angie’s List.

Yes, I called Precision Door Service to give my garage door a check-up. It also had a chewed hole in one corner of the seal at the bottom. I had used Precision Door before for new rollers. I give them 5 stars, I trust them! If and when I need a new door I will call Precision. Dustin Ridge was the technician who came from Precision Door, Justin answered every question I had and checked every movable part on the door. He sprayed all the moving parts and told me it all was working great. I am thoroughly pleased with there service and highly recommend them.

Roy Thomas got here at 10:30 he told us what needed to be done with the door you told us the price of the job he was finished at noon he showed us what he had done and let us open and close the door to show us how much better the door with operating he gave us the invoice for the amount we paid him he was quick efficient very cordial and we enjoyed him being here in providing the service for us thank you for season garage door

David the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. David explained and showed me exactly what the issues were with my garage door. I didn't feel pressured into paying more than I needed too since David had a few options available for me to choose from. I will definitely use this company again. But sadly for them it won't be anytime soon since they did such great quality work that came with a 7 year warranty. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to friends and family.. The technician was great but I was told by a call rep if I were to get service they would waive the service charged.( I have the recorded call) well I ended up getting the service and was still charged the service fee. Now I'm just confused. Waiting to get a callback from billing then I guess I'll handle whatever I need to from there .

I placed a call to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the torsion springs on my garage door broke after 5PM. The call was answered by their call center and I was given a time frame for the technician to arrive at my house. I was also sent an e-mail with the service confirmation and it included the technician's name and photograph. Brandon, my assigned technician, arrived closer to the front end of the time frame and met with me. He inspected the door and pointed out to me other issues that I had not noticed earlier, in addition to the obviously broken spring. Afterward he explained my repair options. Once I selected the option of my choice, Brandon set out to repair the door. He completed the repairs quickly and efficiently and I told him so. He tested the repair and talked to me about the warranty program and then he left after removing all the debris and faulty parts. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service to anyone in need of quality repairs. Brandon was friendly, courteous and professional in all interactions with me.
