The technician was great but I was told by a call rep if I were to get service they would waive the service charged.( I have the recorded call) well I ended up getting the service and was still charged the service fee. Now I'm just confused. Waiting to get a callback from billing then I guess I'll handle whatever I need to from there .

After consulting with the main office at Precision they informed me that typical repairs are between 100 and $200. Upon service the technician was trying to sell me a $1200 conversion. When I told him no it was instantly $750.The used car salesman act does not go well with me. Come to find out they don’t know how to deal with Wayne dalton doors so they try to sell you a conversion. Total BS. I got my garage door fixed for $300 from somebody who actually knew how to fix it. I will never recommend this company.

Precision was extremely helpful this morning when a tenant in my home was stuck in the garage and unable to drive to work on time. They were able to get to the house quickly this morning to assist with getting her vehicle out of the garage and repairing the garage door in a timely manner. Jeremy, the technician involved with the repair, was very nice and explained all of the repairs and cost in detail. I am thankful Precision was available as quickly as they were this morning to make the garage door repair. I will definitely recommend their services to my friends and family!

Shaun Sewell was my precision technician. Besides being prompt and informing me when he would get there, he was courteous, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He clearly and precisely explained exactly what I would need what had to be replaced what had to be replaced nd gave me a variety of options from which to choose what I wanted to do. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be using Precision again for servicing my garage door and that Shaun was a superb representative for the company.

I had Dustin come to my house for a quote on a new motor for my garage door and he explained and showed me why I also needed to replace the springs and bearings and what came with the motor. He was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I decided to have the work done and he got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. He helped me set up the WiFi app and get it programmed. I would recommend both the company and Dustin and I’m very happy with the product, the warranty and the upgrade on my garage door.

I researched for several days companies that installed and serviced garage door openers. After looking at several companies I selected Precision because of their history and reviews. Brandon, our technician, was courteous, on time, offered multiple options as to what openers and services we needed. We opted for the top of the line model but felt no way pressured to by that level. Brandon gave us three options to select from. The next day Brandon called in advance stated he would be on his way over. The openers are great, Brandon explained all of the features and serviced all of the existing hardware at the same time. Great service, great technician and would highly recommend them.

Like most problems, they occur at the worst moment. At 5:00am my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. Having seen the commercials for Precision Garage Door I quickly looked online and found they have representatives available 24/7 to answer my call. Dustin B. was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He suggested some options and recommendations, but was not pushy at all. We are so happy with the new opener he installed and can't believe the difference the tune up on the door made. The house no longer shakes from the noise of the door opening! Thank you, Dustin!

found in on the google search. Had a good experience. The guy could not come on Friday afternoon as the last job took way too long. He notified me so i called and got another appointment for Saturday. The guy called earlier in the morning saying he is coming but realized that he called by mistake. Called back and let me know the expected time of arrival. He did a good job. found the problems and fixed them in a courteous manner. Good service. ****1/2

David the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. David explained and showed me exactly what the issues were with my garage door. I didn't feel pressured into paying more than I needed too since David had a few options available for me to choose from. I will definitely use this company again. But sadly for them it won't be anytime soon since they did such great quality work that came with a 7 year warranty. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to friends and family..
