On a holiday weekend, I called the company that installed my garage door opener to repair it....after having it for 11 months. They came and charged me an "emergency" fee, and worked on it for 15 minutes. It worked for one day....when I called again, they said they could not come back for four days. I called Precision and they arrived two hours earlier than estimated. Shaun checked the entire door, found the problem and fixed it. I was very impressed with the professional attitude of each person I dealt with, and their courtesy and concern was very much appreciated. They have my heartfelt FIVE star rating !

I chose precision,because it was the first name propped up on my search. My garage cable was frayed so I had to act fast.i had no time for even 2nd opinion. Adam was scheduled for me,he called & showed up on time. I am pleased with the service ;thought it was pricey but I had no choice @ that moment.I definitely would recommend Adam as well as the company.I plan on changing those doors so & will call on them again.

Michael Powell came to look at a fraying wire on my garage door. He reviewed the age and things that needed to be done. He offered me "Good" "Better" and "Best" options which were priced at approximately $400, $700 and $800 with warranties of 1-year, 2-3 year, and 10-year. I think he did an excellent job, communicated clearly what he did and what the next repair would most likely be.

5 star rating! After shopping at the big box hardware stores I chose Precision Garage Door Company for a complete door and opener system. They have the best website and knowledgeable employees around. Inside sales rep Tina provided a prompt quote and info. Jason the field specialists visited our house and performed a site inspection. Lastly our installer Andrew, probably the most important member of the team did a wonderful job with the installation. Thank you for such a experience on this replacement.

Mr. Roy Thomas came to my home as per my request to look at the garage door. He did a through inspection, he clearly indicated what needed to be done so that the garage door opened properly. I told him what my concerns were. He inspected the garage door and clearly explained my options. He did a great job correcting the problem. I like that Precision keeps up with the use of Wifi and the system is appropriate for the times we live in. Mr. Thomas did a fantastic job and I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs assistance with a faulty garage or in need of a new garage door(s).

Ed with Precision Overhead Garage came out to service the broken belt and other items on my garage door. Ed has the BEST customer service personality. He was nice was able to get me an even better estimate and he did so with a smile, something you don't always see these days. Also, because of his recommendations, I plan to have him come out to complete other services that need to be done in the future. I wasn't crazy about paying a service fee, but this company is worth it plus the service fee is applied to the work.

We rec'd a quote in the morning and the new opener was installed that afternoon. Installed was complete in less than 45 minutes. We had a small hiccup with the pricing which was quickly resolved the next morning when we talked with Shawn. We love the opener with the motion detector. The car linking was very easy and worked the first time. We selected Precision based on their reviews. They were 5 stars.

Technician: Joe 3 Simon Work Order#: 4748202 Invoice # O3282220 We just had a visit from a Precision Door technician to give us an estimate for the repair of our 2-car garage door. The price of $2,000.00 seemed unreasonable to us, so we told him that we needed to keep shopping for a better price. The technician had an attitude and charged us $59.00 for the road trip. We gave him a check. After researching other 5-star rated companies, we found that none of them would charge us for the road trip, or the estimate. We would rather do business with any of those reputable companies. Our check should be returned to us and no charges for the road trip should apply. Thanks!

I could use the chat function to set up the appointment and they answered within minutes. The tech, Joe, was great and outlined multiple ways to fix the issue with the cost breakdowns. I called and they came out the same day. I got a good estimate on two doors and two openers. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days to get all the supplies delivered. I got a call two days later and they said that had all the parts in , a few.day later I had my door in. It took the guy 4 hours. I was impressed and glad I choose Percision. Great job.
