Joe, was very professional and gave me a choose of fixes and pointed out things with my doors that I never thought about was not pushy with the options was done in less than 1 hour with inspection offers and repair and fixed a problem with my second door that I did not even realized I had, both doors work great now.

People. Don't EVER allow any company to come to your home with the policy of charging you a "service call fee" and a promise of refunding that fee if you purchase their product or service! I received a quote for over 1000.00 to do some garage door work by Precision. After the technician left I was so angry I looked up the repair procedures online, watched about 10 minutes of video and repaired the darn thing myself! Goes up and down now with one finger!! I'll install my own door opener later. A 60.00 lesson I'll not soon forget!

Our garage doors were installed by Precision three years ago, and yesterday one door would not open. A technician came out today and cleared the wires that had gotten in the way of the track. They did not charge for this, for which we were very glad. We thought the problem was possibly caused by how the wires were installed years ago. It was reassuring that the company treated us fairly! We give them 5 ????????????????????

Had a Liftmaster system and doors installed on a new home. Not only was the initial installation great but a little over 1 year the door stopped working. They were nice enough to cover it under warranty and we really appreciate it! Great Service by Joe also! Very nice and informative!

You must use Precision for your garage door service. Made an appointment and was serviced the same day. Shaun knows his stuff and made all the right recommendations to get us exactly what we needed. A garage door doesn’t last forever, and after 20 years ours needed many new parts! DONE and finishes in an hour. Quiet and Smooth. Happy Anniversary to my wife! Ha.

What a great experience! My door opener went out yesterday evening. I called Precision the next morning and Adam ( Service Tech ) came to my house same day by 1pm. He was very professional and told me what I needed and installed a new opener, springs, and cables. He checked door over for me from top to bottom and did a fantastic job ! Adam is an asset to Precision in my opinion. Nice guy and very knowledgeable!! Thank you for your hard work!

Precision Doors earned 5 stars all around! After researching door companies, your ratings, awards and reviews, we made the call to replace our over 40 year old wood doors. Orion Smith came out a few days later, took measurements, answered all questions, and gave a fair estimate which included everything, nothing hidden. A few days later, we visited the Norcross garage door showroom. This really helped to see the different door styles up close. Tina Bullock walked us through the showroom and pasted several door designs on our house photos. We made the custom order, and doors were installed about 3 weeks later. Your door installer, Senior Technician Tyler Walsh did an OUTSTANDING job. I know he's installed and worked on hundreds, maybe thousands of doors, and it shows. I too am a technician, and I observed and chatted while he worked, He is a true professional. He was very organized, very courteous, answered any questions, confirmed all door operations, and left no dust behind. We have a corner home, and were very pleased with the "new look". Dustin Bourchier came out to replace my garage door opener, he was the nicest, most polite and courteous guy I could have encountered. He called me when he was on the way and was there when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and programmed my car for me. I felt completely comfortable and confident in him and his work. I called on Friday and they sent Dustin out on Saturday, just like I asked. I will continue to call Precision any time I have an issue with my garage door. Thank you Dustin for such great service and for being such a great guy!
