Tommy was professional and courteous, and he worked quickly. He was there when he said he would be, and he gave me options without a hard-sell. I mean, my garage door opens and closes now, so I'd say I'm happy with the work. The only things that would have made it 5 stars instead of 4 are: 1) I would have liked a "same-day" appointment like it advertised on the web site, and 2) Tommy noticed some other things that needed replacing while he was doing his inspection, and those repairs (if I had opted to have them done) drove the price up by more than 4 times the original price quoted. If changing the springs had only been an extra $100 or so, I would have opted to have that done, as well. I thought an extra $300 was a lot of money to ask to change out the springs and pulleys since he was already out there replacing the lift cords.

I feel that this fellow was a scam artist. He used High pressure tactics. He just wouldn't take that I could not purchase something, that he wanted me to purchase today. He wanted to replace the springs; the motor, and then he wanted another $125, for a service call, to tighten the screws that were apparently coming loose. He said he would take a post dated check (3 or 4 times); that I wouldn't get this good a deal any other day; that we can do it all while I'm here now. I had to say, an excessive amount of time: I can't do it today; I don't have the money; I have a check coming next week, I will call you then; I have a termite guy coming today that I need to have money for him (which was absolutely true). He brought out the box, thinking that I would change my mind, if he showed me the box. He first wanted to replace a whole panel. When I asked him if he could just replace the door with a new rail and rubber, he said no. Until, he called someone, and then it became acceptable to do that. This is why I don't like calling a strange company from an advertisement- someone I don't know. I will not call your company back now, after the fellow got me so aggravated. I turned from starting to like the fellow at first to total dislike. He had all of the indicia of high pressure sales techniques. If this is how your company operates, you will not get any recommendation from me.

June 4, 2019, Rick the installer came on time at precisely 9 am. He called before he came and so very professional and courteous. Rick worked and cleaned as he installed the doors. Amazing. After the installation, Rick was patient enough to sync my car to the doors and show me how to change my password if need be. Thank you, Rick. Great doors, great company, and even greater employees.

Brandon Seligman was awesome. He called before he came during the allotted time slot that was originally quoted to us. He was pleasant, professional and thorough explained what the issue with our garage door was. Although the cost to us was more than what we had hoped to have to come out of pocket for since we have a home warranty, he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied customers, fixed the issue and made suggestions about potential repairs in the future. I really appreciated that and would definitely refer others to Brandon.

Rick was very pleasant, polite, easy-going, and professional. He seemed to enjoy his work and was well prepared, including a fan and a radio for music (he even asked us if we minded if he used the radio - we didn't mind). Awesome service by Joe and Jeremy! 5 Stars to a fantastic customer experience today. The original problem was a broken spring and after looking over the old motor we decided to upgrade. Joe gave very detailed pricing and explained exactly what he was doing. He checked in periodically and educated us on the features on the new system. You were right in your estimate, unfortunately it was not your company. It seemed that your rep was focused more on selling us more options than doing a repair. The other company that did the repair had installed new springs 4 years ago. You rep did not really examine the springs. He was more into selling fear. Your obviously large but in my experience is not customer focused.

Mr. Davis arrive during time he was supposed to, I spoke to him about problems with door. He inspected the door and found several potential problems. He advised the repair to opener would be about the same as new one. He replaced the opener, springs,end bearings and safety eyes and rewired with all new wires. Showed my wife and I about operation and told us of lifetime warranty on opener and other warranty on springs and other parts. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about door operation and repair.

I called Precision door to repair my garage door problems because I used them before and had a good experience. Today the technician arrived on time and thoroughly explained the problem to me. I needed a new motor and springs and now my garage door works like brand new. I even have garage door wi-fi now and can open and close the door with my phone.
