After having an inspection done (including roller replacement) and new openers installed 11 months ago at a cost of nearly $1200, the last thing I expected was to pay another $1000 for spring replacement. I was hoping that the loud noise the doors were making would be covered under the 1 year warranty. Having said that, the spring replacement work was done professionally.

I give Precision Door a 5 star. Joshua Kesler was my technician and he was able to change my keypad as well as replace my remote. I am able to use my garage door to the fullest.

Dustin and Roy came on time as promised and went right to work. They made the installation of the keypad and selling and programming the two new remotes look easy. Dustin programmed my car in 3 minutes and it would have taken me a week trying to read the owners manual and do it. I will call again when I need any repairs or replacements.

Used Precision for my home so I called them for issues at a rental property. Repairs - 5 stars Doors was really sloppy but now works great. Scheduling - 2 stars Was scheduled for Saturday, but representative called me on Friday to to say he was 15-20 minutes away. He did wait as I rearranged my morning. Customer Service - 1 star Was taken back how representative tried to up-sale me. Pushed for more expensive pulleys but the worst was trying to tell me I needed new cables because they were frayed. Yes, they were, but at the very end that had nothing to do wit the door operation. It angers me that someone who didn't know better would have fallen for that sales pitch and paid the extra dollars - cheap, car salesman tactics. I'll think twice before calling again.

I called to have a broken spring replaced but since the installation was 20 years old I decided to have both springs replaced and install a new opener. The installer suggested new cables and rollers which added only a small amount to the total cost. He was efficient and went above and beyond with the installation. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

After damage to one of our doors, we were forced to buy two new doors...I always get 2-3 estimates for purchases/work...I was impressed with everyone I encountered at Precision (Tina Bullock, Orion Smith & Fred Griffin) and so chose Precision...Of course, I would have preferred not to have to make the purchase, but now that the doors are installed, I am elated!!.Fred did a jam-up job and I, probably slowing him down, enjoyed chatting with him and watching his work.

It is no fun to find out you cannot get out of your garage in the morning. I called Precision on a Monday morning and they had an installer at my house an hour before the window. The installer called a half an hour before arrival. I was very impressed how kind and patient the installer was with my questions. Shawn explained everything and gave me a price before doing the work. I highly recommend Precision, and hope you get Shawn!
