Submitted an online inquiry Re: broken garage door spring on Sun Feb 3 (Super Bowl) expecting to hear back from them on Monday Feb 4th. To my great surprise the owner (Tim) called me back approximately 1 1/2- 2 hours later that same day, and set things up for the next day. Thank you Tim for your courtesy. In this day of little or NO customer service, it was refreshing to receive such great service! The service provided by Chasen was awesome. On time, very professional, knowledgeable, patient & showed genuine concern. He represented your company very well and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend PRECISION.

Ed was awesome! He was really knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue the same day (even though it was a pretty big job). The quality of the work he did is second to none, and he even took the time to offer to help program the garage door opener on my car. I will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

The communication is great when you are a new customer and making an order, they are prompt to make an appointment for new business. But it's been hard trying to get a follow-up appointment with this company. We paid $650 for repairs, the person that was out there said that the company will make a follow-up appointment very quickly and will have you taken care of. This was Friday, I still haven't received a phone call. Every time I call the business they say that there are no repairmen available. But they were readily available upon the initial call. My recommendations is to only pay for the same day repairs and if you have to have a follow-up appointment then pay half and then pay the remainder after the repairs are done.

Thank you for your review - whenever a customer is not able to give us a 5 star review, or are not completely happy with their experience we do look into the situation and the circumstances surrounding the issue. What we found is the service call and the order for the parts were all done on Friday, February 1st and on Monday the 4th the appointment for the actual repair was scheduled for Friday the 8th (we had to allow time to receive all the parts needed). We are not sure how the appointment for the 8th, was created in our system on the 4th, without your knowledge. It seems there must have been a miscommunication somewhere. We sincerely do not see how we could have possibly communicated any faster since our office is not open over the weekend.

We wanted it done right!! And we needed more than just springs replaced had we not used precision to do our repairs we would have not not gotten it all done properly ie: rollers replaced, metal rod above door etc..

I called several garage door companies to come and provide a quote for a new door, all of which never showed or called. My last call was to Precision. Jason the sales consultant showed up on time, measured and provided samples and options for me to choose from. He explained the products, services and installation steps and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Once my installer came and began work I knew he was going to have a hard time due to the low clearance, but he worked diligently and professionally and overcame some challenges others would have walked away from. He clearly had the customer experience in mind and never gave up. Thank you Precision from consulting to install you guys were Fantastic! My door looks and functions great and I highly recommend your services and products!
