Precision Door is amazing! We called to schedule an appointment and they had someone here within 24 hours of our call! The representative on the phone was so kind! Shaun, who came to service our door was fabulous! He was thorough, listened to our concerns, and explained everything! He took time and made sure we were pleased and did not have any questions! We will definitely use Precision again and refer them to others!

I actually researched online and found Precision and hesitated to call. A few days later I was looking at TV and saw a commercial. The commercial actually sold me on calling them. I was headed home near my appointment time running late because the traffic and weather was horrible. My daughter was there to allow Dustin to come in and replaced my old unit with a new one. Dustin had completely installed the unit before I got there and he graciously waited for me to get home so that he could program my car to the unit.. He was very thoughtful and very friendly. He made me feel comfortable with the unit I had chosen. This is more than a company, they’re family!! I truly am happy with my purchase and my service. Great customer service and Amazing product!!!

Highly recommend! Had very old door and Jason helped me pick a beautiful new one. Makes the house look great and Jason was great to work with. No pressure just answered all my questions and guided me in my selection. Then great install by Scott. Needed a slight adjustment which was quickly scheduled and taken care of by George. Also forgot to mention Tina who was my first contact with Precision and answered numerous questions and provided information requested and assured me that Precision was the quality company I have found them to be. Love my new door!

Just had a visit from Adam today to do a tune-up! He was exceptional and explained what had "probably" happened. Gave me tips on how to keep the garage door in top condition. Was a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door services! They installed my garage door in 2015 and it is still in fabulous condition!!

I needed to replace a pair of 20+ year old wooden garage doors. We called Precision Door and they sent out a technician the same day. Jason took the time to listen to what we (my wife) wanted and provided several options making the process very easy. We placed our order and received an installation date. Everything went as scheduled. On the day of installation Scott showed up right on time and ready to go. It was clear Scott had many years of experience installing doors and gave us confidence we chose the right company. We did. The doors work perfectly and really improve the look of the house. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.
