I am so very, very, please with the service Tim did on my garage door opener. It had NOT been installed correctly by another company. It took him some time to correct the problem. His work was done methodically and he explained every step he took and why he was making the correction. The opener looks neater and works fine! Thanks Tim for a job WELL DONE!

I called at 2pm after my garage door malfunctioned. They were able to send a tech out the same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem on my 12 year old opener, at which point I opted to replace it. An hour and a half later it was all finished. Because I used Precision a few years ago for new garage doors (pleased with that also), they upgraded my opener at no charge. I highly recommend this company.
