I had garage opener installed on 11/21/18. The tech, Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable, which helped me select the appropriate opener. After assembly, he took the time to explain operation and program features. Excellent customer service!

Ed was great -- competent, friendly, quick. We had to leave before he finished, and when we returned all the work was completed and everything worked. He had programmed everything for us, so all we had to do was change the remotes and keypad to our own codes. I would never hesitate to recommend Precision--and Ed in particular. Thanks!

This is our third time using Precision and we have been happy every time. They call ahead to let us know they are coming and they are always on time. We have had Sean each time and I really appreciate his time to make sure our vehicles are also connected properly and that each door is balanced and safe each time. Today we needed a new one and we have purchased one with the MyIQ. I move it already.

Can’t say enough how pleased we are with Precision. Called to have my garage door checked and serviced. Called on Monday afternoon late and Joshua was our service Tech that came on Tuesday. He called and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable telling mr exactly what I needed. He performed a very complete and through maintenance and installed new rollers. Can’t belive how quite the door is. He realigned all the rails and repaired some really poor “new” installation from previous install. Highly recommend Precision and ask for Joshua...great guy and great work! Definitely will use them and recommend to my neighbors.

Technician was knowledgeable about repair work but told me that the service call fee was not included in the repair cost. I told him your advertising assured customers that it was and he said that the company needs to make that clearer in their advertising. He did finally include the service fee in the repair cost.

I saw a commercial on television and I called the number to have my garage doors installed . A sales person came to my house and was very knowledgeable courteous and friendly . The wrong size door was sent from the manufacturer and the technician could not install the doors and said to me that the company will notifying me what is going on with my doors it took a while for me to hear from the company about what is going on with my doors they only call me when the correct doors were in from the manufacturer . We set up a time for installation of my new doors the technician who installed the doors were very knowledgeable and kind and professional the only issues that I have is they were not responsive in communicating to me Since the wrong size doors were delivered I should’ve heard from the company immediately and I did not,other dan that i’m very pleased with the two doors and motors that was installed in my garage

With a broken spring on a garage door installed in 1989 with a history of one spring previously repair and a minor repair to the electrical unit the decision would be to repair or replace. My son recommended PRECISION when he needed a repair and was 100% pleased with the company. Being a skeptic, I listened and called this company for a quote on a new door to follow up with a quote for repair. The salesman arrived on time and was pleasant and we talked about the options. He was professional and kind and knew his product. He not once tried to pressure my husband and I into a sale. When we were quoted the price of a new door and discussed the old door we decided to go with a new door. Common sense says that the door had given great service but this could be the beginning of repairs. The salesman wrote the quote and we went with the upgraded Carriage Style door. He seemed a little surprised we were so ready to decide and order and pay the deposit. I had read the reviews and with the confidence and professionalism of the sales rep we felt we could proceed with certainty this company would stand behind its product. The door was ordered and contact was made at the appropriate times to schedule installation and again when the product was ready for installation. The good review from us continues with the installer. The day he came, it was freezing cold that morning due to a sudden cold snap...We encountered a problem...Our garage was hollow blocks and not solid and would need 2x6's to frame around the opening to properly install the door. He promptly went and purchased the material and continued to install the door. He advised us there would be no additional charge for this extra material. The installer's demeanor was as kind and professional as the salesman and the ladies in the office who called to advise of the status of the product delivery. We desire to pay for the additional expense as this is just fair business as a customer to a good company. Should we know of a need for an installation or repair we will definitely recommend PRECISION. Our garage door is a beautiful asset our garage was missing. And they remove and carry away the old door. When the installer started cleaning the door I was taken aback but when he offered to paint the small area where the new trim did not cover...that was beyond the call of duty. Is there any reason not to give 5 stars to a company like this? We are pleased...very pleased!

I had all three garage door systems replaced in July of 2017. November 2018, there was a loud squeaking sound that would not go away even with garage door lubricant. I called Precision Door, Ed2 Davis came out solved the problem at no charge; even though my one year warranty on parts and labor had expired in July of this year. Excellent customer service!

I chose Precision initially because they came up in my search results, and then because they were well-reviewed. David came out at a time that fit my schedule, was very friendly and professional, and replaced my torsion springs extremely quickly and efficiently. He even upgraded me to the high-cycle springs for no charge because he didn't have the low-cycle springs I wanted in his truck. Definitely recommend and would use Precision for any future garage-door repairs I might need.

Comparing Precision's service performance to all rating criteria, they are five star! From the sales professional who quoted the job to scheduler and the door installer, I always knew what to expect next and I was stunned by their professionalism and honesty. The two single doors were installed start to finish in only three hours including removal of the old door. Best of all we love the new doors both appearance and how they work. These were a great asset improvement to our property value!

We are very pleased with the job Joshua did for us on our garage door opener repair. He explained what needed to be done and kept us informed of what he was doing at all times and did a fantastic job. He did not try to sell us on a new opener as several others did. We will recommend Precision and will use them again if need be. And by the way....the opener is very quiet now which is a plus.

ok, u ready for this??!!!! O U T S T A N D I N G job!!!!!!!!!! everything was EXACTLY as stated,,,,,couldn't have asked for better service all the way through,,,,we had four garage door companies come by and provide quotes. one of the companies, Nabors Garage Doors, was actually pathetic. they literally wanted 20 dollars for a "service call" after i told them we were considering other companies! sad. in the long run it came down to you guys and Atl Overhead,,,,,deal breaker was, quality and price of the door (we got the double) the garage door opener, we got the 3/4 hp for the price of the 1/2, and the veterans discount,,,,,Jason, sales rep., friendly, knowledgeable and laughed at my jokes,,,,,George, the installer, was fantastic!!!,, explained EVERYTHING about "how it all works",,,,we had a small issue that he immediately fixed about one of the panels.....monday your receptionist (can't remember her name, sorry, sweet lady, laughed at my jokes!) called and remedied the problem!!!!! the worlds a better place to live thanks to u folks.......MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
