Our spring broke on the garage door late on Sunday night. Was able to make an appointment and have a technician out the very next morning. Jeremy was fantastic with explaining things to my wife so she could relay the information to me at work. Although we hope to not have to use Precision Door Atlanta it’s nice to know that there is a reliable and fair place that I can call if we do need to use them again.

Shaun a technician explained that our garage door opener was very old and the transmission inside the box was the problem. He said they didn't make them any longer so the choice was to replace it for $400. Then he remembered he might have one in his truck. This could save us because it was only $200. but only if he had this part that was not manufactured anymore for years. Lo and behold he had the part. He was able to quote instantly any part needed. amazing!!! He replaced the part and a few other items and left. A very friendly fellow. After he left my wife brought over the part he replaced 'the transmission' in a plastic bag. Since I am trusting and the reviews are so strong I just said ok. But my wife found the part, it is called a socket type for 19$ online. WOW! We trustingly let this company basically con us. I wonder how many times this has occurred to others who gave good reviews only to be cheated. Two calls to management have gone unanswered.

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received today. I came home from work to meet Jeremy and all he could do was take pics and say there’s nothing we can do about the sun and vynil. He didn’t come prepared to repair anything even after I explained in detail to the service rep what was going on. Have purchased five total garage doors and openers in the past year. I asked him to fix a 12 volt wire the squirrels had chewed through and he said it’d cost me $59. He even suggested using white trim which would look ridiculous. I’m interested how precision door is going to correct the issue. I need to be wowed again. Thanks, Chris

I heard about Precision from a friend. Our garage door needed repair. Josh came out and inspected our door to see what needed to be repaired. He went right to work, and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with the response time. The fact the technician seemed very knowledgeable about garage door and was prepared to fix my issue during the first visit. My last garage door repair with a different company was very time consuming. Many many phone calls back and forth. I was not satisfied. When my husband heard the spring break on Sunday I made several attempts to contact previous company to see if the work that was done in February was warranted, but I was never able to reach the company. I heard the jingle for Precision door in my head saying it was a name I could trust and decided to call. The person that answered my call was pleasant and had technician scheduled to be at my home within hours of the call.. Thanks for being professional during the whole process.

Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was give a 4 hour timeframe and he called me early to let me know that it would be closer to the end of the range as a heads up. He called again when he was 30 mins away which was helpful. He performed an inspection and explained everything to me as well as provided recommended issues in addition to the needed fix. Overall a very good experience.

Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning. Great customer service! Dustin had the job completed in no time! He's a great tech with a wonderful personality! He answered all my questions, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Thanks for the prompt scheduling and service.

I seen the booth set up at the Home Show, and was looking at the openers and a lady came up to me if I had any questions and I did she answer them all for me very professionaly. She gave a card and I gave you all a call a couple days days later, they sent someone out right away and that afternoon and took care of me and I was impressed by the installer was very knowledgeable and professional about the installation. I almost gave up trying to talk to the answering service, it was a bad connection and they know nothing about Atlanta, that was the only down fall from the whole appointment. Thanks and keep up the great work.

I found Precision through TV ads and decided to give them a try. Very Easy to business with, scheduling and the Service Manager, RoyAmerine, performed our service above and beyond what was required. His customer service and knowledge of their products was excellent. We called for a simple service but needed much more and like the replacement of our motor and rebuild on one garage door - he serviced all three and found two was very dangerous and needed immediate attention - we went from loud, noisy garage doors to quiet and safe doors. we will enjoy the changes and have them on speed dial for future needs. My sister has already scheduled her service as well. Two new customers in McDonough area. Hope she gets Roy too!!!

Our Precision Technician, Dustin, arrived and briefed us of his findings of what was wrong with our 3car garage. Dustin, explained to us the cost and time frame to repair..
