WOW! I'm not really sure what else I can write. Just WOW! I just had probably the best service call I have ever had working with a service / repair company. Seriously! My garage door broke yesterday. Old door... Old spring... old all around. I called Precision this morning to see if we could have the door inspected and get a quote for repairs, if it was even repairable. The company offered a service time between 10a - 2p (standard 4 hour window, right? I was nervous... been down this road with AT&T). I received an email noting who my service technician would be, complete with photos of ALL available technicians so even if there was a last minute change, I would be able to make sure the person showing up at my house was who he/she was supposed to be. First impression - good service so far. Sean Scheiern called at 10am and let me know he would be at my house within 20 minutes. Another good mark on the first impression list. Then he actually showed up on time! (Ever work with AT&T? This doesn't happen much). Sean introduced himself. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. I began to apologize for the clutter and dirtiness of my garage (an embarrassment for my wife). He was fast to put this worry to rest, commenting that most of the garages he visits are much worse and I "should see his"... (though probably untrue, it definitely increased the comfort factor). He reviewed the door and door opener. He noted the problem immediately. He checked the opener to evaluate the health of the opener. Though the units were old, and the doors were old, he made it a point to simply address the problem, provide the cost to fix the problem and didn't ONCE try to sell me new products! The price was explained... X for the new door spring, Y for the piece on the door opener and Z for the total. I knew exactly what the cost was... exactly what he was going to fix and exactly how long it would take him to do the job. SOLD ON SITE! He did the work... was great to visit with and was out faster than expected. The invoice was simple to understand and process, and was sent to me via email to keep in my online files (along with the initial emails). I now have a file on Precision... and will turn to this file ANY AND EVERY TIME I have a garage door issue... or am ready to make a garage door improvement. THANK YOU PRECISION! This is how a company is supposed to run. You can give clinics on Customer Service. You now have a loyal customer. Not that garage doors will present repeat business worth writing home about... but i will be sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW about this experience and encourage them to give you a call when they need door repairs or replacement.

We could not have been more satisfied from the very first phone call to the last minute of install. All the personnel have been extremely helpful and very professional. The follow up on every timeline was exact. Calls and email on all confirmation. The employees always presented in uniforms, and marked vehicles. We had 3 quotes from 3 companies that carry a variety of doors. We felt like the Haas door was the best choice for us on replacement and Precision was the best company . We had 3 wood doors replaced that were 24 years old. I’m a hard sell generally, but they did their job! One of the most important aspects of running a company is making sure who you have representing your company when answering the phone. That can make or break you instantly. They passed the test , and then the sales call test. Their salesman was professional, and not pushy. He explained every detail and did not try to upsale me on products. I appreciated that so much. The installer was precise on every detail. It was a big job removing all the old to install all the new doors, springs, hardware and openers. He never stopped to even take a break. You have some really great employees working for your company! Do yourself a favor and call Precision today ! You will not regret it!

Kevin did a great job of installing a replacement garage door opener for us. He presented us with the options available for door openers, we chose what we wanted and he went right to work installing the system. Chasen Pike was great to during the work I needed. He was through in explaining the issues and he identified them to me. He also educated me on garage doors and what the parts on them do that needed replacing. He also explained why the issue happened. Once I told him the age of the garage, he looked for other things and told me the lifespan of those parts. He gave me three options with estimate to choose from for the repair. I chose option 3 an he replaced the motor, rollers, cables and safety sensors. Two remote controls with batteries come with the plan. Once I decided he completed the work and demonstrated everything to me and allow me to test everything in real life situations. I am very satisfied with Chasen's kindness and professionalism. I will request Chasen as my technician if I need additional work on my garage. I give Chasen a 5. Phae Snow

I was out of town when my garage door quit working. My wife called to say the door wouldn't go up. When I got home, I found that the door was extremely heavy, indicating a broken spring. I knew I needed a professional so I looked up several garage door companies in the area. Precision's estimate was on par with the other companies, but I knew their name from their TV ads. My experience with Precision began with great customer service on the phone. The representative was polite and professional, listened to my needs and presented me with relative options. I was impressed that I was able to get on the schedule for the following day. I was told the name of the technician who would be coming to my home was Brandon and that I could look at his profile on their website. I read his reviews and was confident with who was coming to my house. Brandon called the morning of our appointment to let me know he was a little behind schedule, but was on his way. I believe he showed up only 15 minutes late. He was friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He confirmed immediately that the spring was broken and explained the system to me. Unfortunately, the door spring system the builder installed was builder-grade and sold as an economic package. I had been quoted a price over the phone to replace one or two springs. However, because of the system installed, I had to replace the entire system, not just the springs. The total replacement was much more expensive than simply replacing springs. Thanks to Brandon, however, I completely understood the necessity to do so. Brandon thoroughly detailed the options to me, made some suggestions and ultimately helped make my decision easy. My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was exceptional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in need of any service related to their garage door.

Need our garage door fix so we called precision. Not only did they come out on a Sunday, they sent one of they best installers in my opinion. Ryan Hudson was not only perfessional he is a people person. Once he told us what was needed ,he took no time in getting it done and was pleasant the entire time.
