Had my garage door serviced today by Precision. Technicians were professional and courteous. They showed me what the problem was and made recommendations which I agreed to because I felt it would save me money in the long-run. They replaced the motor and installed keypads. There was no high pressure to purchase anything. Although I felt the cost was little high I had the work done and received a guarantee on the work and parts. I would absolutely recommend this company for service to friends and family.

We were very pleased with the service we received on 9/24/18. Our technician, Dustin 3 Ridge, was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient, & professional. Our garage door is also much more quiet now & the door opener is working the was it was intended to. We will definitely use Precision in the future should the need arise. Chose Precision because you had a company/representative in the Forsyth County area; you offered a Military/Senior Citizen Discount and you had a five star rating. You more than met our expectations: Arrived earlier than scheduled & once on location Sean was prepared to inspect & repair not only the broken chain on one of our garage doors, but also after asking if he would take a look/inspect our other four garage doors he was willing & had the necessary parts to repair (although not broken) but replace the chain on the remaining doors. What a guy, Mr. Sean! An asset to your company, pleasant, courteous, professional & promptly went to work to take care of our garage door needs. Hats off to whoever hired him...capable of making a command decision. Will will definitely refer Precision to anyone we know who might need garage door repairs. Thanks once again for your prompt service and please pass on to Mr. Sean Scheiem what a pleasure it was to work with him. Had a new spring installed as well as new cables, bearings, and rollers on 9/17/18. The technician was friendly and professional and did an excellent job and was proud to show me his work. I have used Precision in the past but was not pleased with this service on my repair on 10/17/18. First of all the repairman overcharged me for the parts, replaced 4 hinges billed me for 5. Misrepresented your "Fall Free Service for any Repair". My complaint for this issue was escalated to a Manager,Alison, who did not see a bill deal n all that had transpired just for an over billing $25 and that her repairman Tom, had made an honest mistake. Bad customer service and a very bad experience. Will not use again!!!!

We thoroughly reviewed the situation and spoke with the technician, who has just recently started working with our company, however, has years of experience in the industry. We accept responsibility in that he was not brought up to speed on the brand new "Fall" promotion of waiving the service call fee with any repair. The technician did replace five hinges, and intended to only charge you for four. He had to enter 5 hinges into the system in order to account for his stock on his truck, but honestly forgot to change the pricing total to reflect 4 hinges instead of 5. This was not an intentional act, but simply human error. Our company strives for 100% customer satisfaction which is reflected in over 5000 Positive "5 Star" reviews. We have refunded your entire service call charge, and hope you find this a satisfactory outcome.

Ed Davis was our tech. He was awesome! Came around 5:00pm on Saturday and worked until about 8:30. Didn't have all the parts then but he's here again today to finish the job. Very pleased with his work ethics and performance. Door is 20 years old and he's made it like new. Thanks Ed for all your hard work!

Jeremy arrived early and Very professional. Purchased 2 new garage doors with new Tracks a little more than 4 years ago. Was not happy Original Factory spring broke in a little more than 4 years, and warranty is 3 years. But Technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional.

My appointment was said to be between 10 and 2pm, Josh called at 1:20 and arrived about 1:40. He reviewed the door and presented a estimate. Percision was here early and did a great job. My garage door is probably 15 to 20 years old and has been repaired before for the same problem. Billy didn't just fix it and test it he went back several times to tweak until he got it just where he wanted it. The door is much quieter and smoother closing. If you need your garage door fixed I would call Percision!

My garage door spring broke on Saturday. I called later that day and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. As promised Dustin call when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. He took the time to explain my options so I could make an informed decision on what was the best option for me. I never felt rushed or pressured and in a few minutes he was done. I spent $2100 with your company two days ago. More specifically, I spent $1200 on two Liftmaster 8550s with installation in my garage ($600 each). I also spent an additional $900 on various fixes that I was told that I needed in my garage. I found the exact same Liftmaster 8550 service with installation for $384 each. I was told that your price was the best around town. I am requesting your price match guarantee as you have advertised on your website. I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of because I was overcharged $416 between the two garage door openers. Now, that I found that huge price discrepancy, I’m also wondering if I actually needed those additional $900 in fixes or if I was taken advantage of in that regard also. I am so upset about this situation. Please contact me as soon as possible.

I am sorry for the delay in responding to you. Please accept my apologizes. Your invoice clearly states that you were charged $550 per operator, not $600. We emailed you a copy of the invoice. Our price match we offer on the website is for a written quotation from a competitor for like product, and presented at time of service. What you provided after the work was completed was first an Amazon coupon for only part of the opener in question. (it did not include a rail or a battery), and then a coupon for a discount off of a price. When we called the company on the coupon, we were told the best price they offered for this product with the coupon is $525. After pushing them, we did get them down to $500 each. Again, this is for a promotion they are currently running. As a measure of good faith, we have refunded your card today and matched the $500 price AFTER THE FACT. We strive to give total customer satisfaction when possible, based on fairness and equity, which we believe is demonstrated by over 5000 reviews across many different review platforms.with a 4.8 star average It is my opinion we do deserve a one star review for not getting back to you in a timely fashion which I assure you has been dealt with internally, but certainly not for our pricing or the technicians service.

I purchased two new garage doors an two new openers. I have been impressed with the caliber of personnel that I have spoken with through the entire process. My initial contract was easy with no games of back and forth. The office personnel kept me informed of changes in schedule. My installer, Marcus, was courteous, professional and was obviously prepared to perform his job with "precision". He left my premises completely clean and neat and explained the operation of my new system. When a garage door fails it can be a safety and home security issue, which is what happened in my case. I needed it fixed fast and needed it fixed right. There are a lot of companies to choose from, but seeing Precision had the Trust Dale Stamp, a great BBB rating (which I cross referenced on the BBB Site to be certain), I knew I had the right company to do the job. Same day service was so helpful so I did not have to miss more time out of the office. My Service Tech Chasen was great at explaining all my options so I could make a sound decision on all repairs and selecting the equipment which worked best for my home. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
