I must say this company is a 1st class outfit. Jason (sales rep) called 30 minutes before coming over just like the sales operator said. Took time to talk and explain everything they were going to do and how long it would take. After agreeing on a new garage door I was contacted later that day to schedule a install the next week. On the day we agreed on, Rick (tech) called 30 minutes before coming just like they promised. Both of these representatives of this company were professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I Give Precision 5 stars,our garage remotes wasn’t working, so Chasen Pike , your tech was sent out, he did a very theral check of the garage door and it’s components, then opened the unit and found the problem with the motherboard, he replaced the unit. I found Chasen Pikes to be very knowledgeable and professional,great service tech, great customer service , so he also pointed out a couple of things that needed to be taken care of in the near future, I will be calling Precision,and request Chasen Pikes, thanks so much.

Had a torsion spring break. They came out the same afternoon and replaced the springs and the other mechanical parts since it is a 20 year old garage and had never had anything replaced it looked like. Garage works like it's brand new. Very professional and very good work. Will definitely use again if/when the need arises.

Both garage doors stayed in the up position and sensors were inoperable, so I called Precision. Brandon was my tech and resolved the problem within mins. Sensors were inop because of a power outage and recommend replacing a panel before it got worse. He was very professional, down to earth and honest. He mentioned multiple options to tackle the problem and got in a work order. I will definitely recommend him and the company to family and friends.

Our spring broke on the garage door late on Sunday night. Was able to make an appointment and have a technician out the very next morning. Jeremy was fantastic with explaining things to my wife so she could relay the information to me at work. Although we hope to not have to use Precision Door Atlanta it’s nice to know that there is a reliable and fair place that I can call if we do need to use them again.

Shaun a technician explained that our garage door opener was very old and the transmission inside the box was the problem. He said they didn't make them any longer so the choice was to replace it for $400. Then he remembered he might have one in his truck. This could save us because it was only $200. but only if he had this part that was not manufactured anymore for years. Lo and behold he had the part. He was able to quote instantly any part needed. amazing!!! He replaced the part and a few other items and left. A very friendly fellow. After he left my wife brought over the part he replaced 'the transmission' in a plastic bag. Since I am trusting and the reviews are so strong I just said ok. But my wife found the part, it is called a socket type for 19$ online. WOW! We trustingly let this company basically con us. I wonder how many times this has occurred to others who gave good reviews only to be cheated. Two calls to management have gone unanswered.

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received today. I came home from work to meet Jeremy and all he could do was take pics and say there’s nothing we can do about the sun and vynil. He didn’t come prepared to repair anything even after I explained in detail to the service rep what was going on. Have purchased five total garage doors and openers in the past year. I asked him to fix a 12 volt wire the squirrels had chewed through and he said it’d cost me $59. He even suggested using white trim which would look ridiculous. I’m interested how precision door is going to correct the issue. I need to be wowed again. Thanks, Chris

I was very pleased with the response time. The fact the technician seemed very knowledgeable about garage door and was prepared to fix my issue during the first visit. My last garage door repair with a different company was very time consuming. Many many phone calls back and forth. I was not satisfied. When my husband heard the spring break on Sunday I made several attempts to contact previous company to see if the work that was done in February was warranted, but I was never able to reach the company. I heard the jingle for Precision door in my head saying it was a name I could trust and decided to call. The person that answered my call was pleasant and had technician scheduled to be at my home within hours of the call.. Thanks for being professional during the whole process.

Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was give a 4 hour timeframe and he called me early to let me know that it would be closer to the end of the range as a heads up. He called again when he was 30 mins away which was helpful. He performed an inspection and explained everything to me as well as provided recommended issues in addition to the needed fix. Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning.
