I want to thank you for being so flexible and having someone out to replace my door on Saturday. I made the desperate call on Friday and without hesitation you made sure that someone would be there on Saturday to take care of the situation. I know that Saturdays are difficult appointments to get, but you made it happen and I’m so grateful for your flexibility. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Kyle (technician). He had such a friendly attitude and caring personality. I was surprised to see that he came alone to do this job, that I would’ve thought was a job for 2 technicians. I was concerned about my cars; however he took the door down with ease and no cars were harmed in the process. He was very clean and made sure that he picked up every single remnant from the job. I actually think that my garage was cleaner after he finished than when he started. I’m sure that I will not have to purchase another door as long as I live in the house; however I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends. Thanks for an amazing experience!

I was initially hesitant about using your company but I'm so glad I did. Even with the few hiccups the representative Edward Davis was AWESOME! His main goal was to make me happy. He had to call someone before he could make any decisions and whomever he spoke with was just as great. This company is a winner and I will never use anyone else. I felt like I knew Edward for years. First, thank you for same day service. Your customer service department was great. Thank you for sending Edward Davis, he has wonderful customer service skills. He was detailed, answered questions, showed me the worn parts and gave me options. It was after 11:30 pm before he finished and he was energetic that late at night. You are a five star company.
