I was very pleased with Josh explaining the problem with my garage door not functioning properly. He changed the motor and other necessary parts as needed. He programmed my new openers, explained what had been done, and answered all the questions I had.

I am so impressed with the Customer Service I received this morning. Fortunately, my garage door opened this morning allowing me to back out onto the driveway as I prepared to go to work Upon hitting the car remote to close the garage door, I hear a bang and nothing moved the door. I called my former garage door company and they couldn't see me until later in the week. I had to get to work. I remembered seeing your heartfelt TV commercials and called. The receptionist was so pleasant and caring saying she thought she could have technician Roy Amerine at my home between 10-12. Eureka! Roy Amerine called me at 11 saying he was on his way. Roy was a delight to meet and understood immediately what needed to be done. My motor had died. He had one on the truck and proceeded to make all things right. You now have a loyal customer and I have been telling all my co-workers about what good service I received. Thanks you, thank you, thank you.

Great decision to use Precision! The salesperson was very knowledgeable and the installer was terrific! Using the Haas website to see the garage doors on an uploaded photo of our home made for an easy decision. This was my first experience with Precision and I was highly impressed with the entire process from scheduling to the completed replacement of my garage door springs. A technician (Mike O.) was ringing my doorbell after only a few hours from my initial call. Kudos to Mike for his professionalism and willingness to take the time to explain my options, he was very knowledgeable of all products and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend and would personally use Precision again if I had additional issues with my garage door.

I am not happy. I called to begin with to get a quote about prices and you were $90.00 less than the company we had used for years. It was installed on Thursday and on Friday, the door would not go down. I called on Saturday only to find out I can't get service till next Thursday. When I went outside to check on the light on it that won't turn off, it was very hot so I unplugged the unit. I would like someone here sooner than 5 days from now.

We were able to change the schedule around to make it possible for one of our technician's to take care of this customer by Tuesday, rather than waiting until after to July 4th holiday. She called to express her gratitude for us being able to do that and reported the thoroughness of the technician who came to her home to resolve the issue. We do our best to provide excellent and prompt service and appreciate the business all our customer's entrust to us.
