I got three estimates from the top Garage Door companies and yours was the best. Sales person was lovely, scheduling was easy and on the day of the install, everything went right. I hope that Precision will stand behind their product and not charge me to come out to fix something. Hopefully, I won't need to test that.

The service was fine, the individual was prompt, and it didn't take too long for him to repair my garage, however; i wasn't satisfied with the price for the amount of work done. To replace two springs and two cables cost me $478.00 and change. I thought that was a bit steep. I was in a pinch because I had a vehicle trapped inside. Next time I will shop around more.

Many calls we get are from folks who have had one or both springs break with their vehicle inside their garage and we understand these situations are of high priority. With that in mind, there were no charges for same-day or emergency service and we were able to get to your home relatively quickly. The springs we installed are powder coated and will give you nearly double the cycles, for the same amount of money, than a non powder coated spring - which is prone to rust and therefore breakdown much quicker. We value you as a customer and hope you come to appreciate the products you purchased and the value you received. We sincerely want to keep you as a satisfied customer for years to come! Thank you for choosing Precision- we don't believe you will need new springs or our services for several years, but when you do, we hope you choose us again!
