I am very impressed with the customer service. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon one day and they were there at 9:00 the next morning. I could have had same day service but I was not available. Josh was very nice and explained everything before he did any work it was approved by me. He gave me 3 options on the repair and explained them all very well. He completed the work very quickly and made sure I was happy before I made payment. Not sure if the cost was reasonable or not because I have not had this service in the past and have nothing to compare too. For service I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. You have a great employee in Josh he definitely gets a 5

Roy was fantastic! Showed up on time and was very professional. He advised installing a new garage door opener as our unit was 14 yrs. old. There was no high pressure sales, just an easy going personality offering a solid suggestion to which I agreed.
