I think they are wonderful. I recently got a new door! I called another company and they made it really confusing. I knew what I wanted but for some reason each piece was extra.....I called Precision Door to get another quote. Kay came out to go through everything with me and made it SO EASY. I was immediately comfortable with Kay and she knew exactly what I wanted. Nothing cost extra...she quoted me the whole price...I love that the haul away of the old door was included which was separate in the other companies quote. When the guy came to install our new door he was very professional and very efficient. He was able to put up our new beautiful door and I LOVE IT. We also needed them to come back because something was wrong with the wiring (it was because they used the existing wiring which i guess was bad (not he companies fault). They came back and everything is great! Totally rewired !! I wold for sure recommend them! they made getting a door in our price range so easy!! I kept being disappointed by other companies, but they made our dream into reality. I now am so proud of our house ! Thanks Precision!!!

Tim did an awesome job installing my new garage door opener. He was very experienced and knowledgeable diagnosing the existing problem. He was prompt and explained everything he was going to be doing. Very friendly and professional. I would rate him as a 10 for his service. Excellent service. The technicians did their work in a professional manner. They were asked to replace 2 broken springs of the garage door, they spent more time to balance the door until it's perfect. I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to my friends.

Didn't have to wait for an appointment. Tech showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it within an hour. He was quick to mention new purchase alternatives but wasn't pushy. I'm satisfied and would call them again.

Well, came home and my husband closed our garage and the spring suddenly broke. We looked up company's for the repair and Precision was our choice. And, glad we did; the technician sent was Ryan Hudson. Ryan was outstanding, very professional and informative; educated us on our garage door and garage openers. Garage door busted on a Saturday and they were able to get someone out early evening. Ed did the work and he did an incredible job! Ed was very knowledgeable and took the time to fully educate me on the issue and my options. Once I made the decision he went to work with efficient energy even though it was Saturday evening. Ed had a fantastic attitude and broke the stereotype that most contractors have (and btw deserve). I would highly recommend Ed and Precision Door!

I've used Precision several times in the past for various garage door tune-ups and repair and was always pleased with their service, so I called them again when my garage ceiling drooped and stopped the garage door from opening. Since I couldn't get my car out of the garage, I was thrilled that Precision could work me into the schedule the same day! Al was terrific! He quickly figured out how to remove the problem section of the ceiling and checked that no other ceiling sections were a problem. He also made sure the garage door opener was tuned up and working smoothly. While he was there, I also purchased an additional garage door opener from Al. I've already set up for my handyman to correct the ceiling, but it was Al that saved the day!! Thanks, Al and Precision!

I have had problems with my garage door for years, but two weeks ago it stopped completely. I did not know where to turn with so many companies advertising it can be a bit overwhelming. I saw a commercial and a advertisement in our neighborhood paper for Precision and decided to give them a call. Boy what a great decision. The website convinced me to call (24/7 service and weekend appointments; truck's preparedness with necessary parts, etc.). My door broke late on a Friday night and I was able to get it repaired by noon the next day. What a relief! The technician worked with my schedule and was efficient and professional. I’ve been a homeowner 20yrs and I never had a garage installed. I saw the commercial and I called. The customer service rep was very professional and prompt. He took my info and scheduled an appointment the same day. That impressed me that I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician called to let me know he was on another appointment but he would call as he’s in route. Low and behold he did that. My appointment window was b/t 4-8. He arrived at 6:20. He was very nice and friendly. He assessed the measurements of the garage and gave a fair reasonable estimate. I called my daughter to see if the estimate was reasonable. She agreed and told me to go forward. The technician proceeded to order the door . It should be in the next 8 to 10 days. I’m so excited that everything went well and I’m looking forward to the installation of the garage door . Initially we were told they didn’t service this area but the rep called me back and confirmed they actually service this area. We are in a very rural area but we have houses here too :). Thanks again for helping me and I look forward to the completion of your service.

I love the appearance of both doors and the quality seems to be excellent as I have looked them over and can find no obvious cosmetic defects. I believe the durability will be excellent also as indicated by the warranty. also, I cannot fail to mention the my impression of the quality of Precision personnel. Orion Smith, who made the initial visit to my home for an evaluation and bid was very through and explained all my options. John Moore, the installer was a true craftsman. It was obvious from the start he knew exactly what to do. His work from start up to clean up was top notch. I know because I watched it all. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the materials or workmanship and will not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone. They arrive on time and do what they say at the agreed to price.

I just had cables, drums, and wheels replaced. I originally had them replaced April 24, 2013 which was 4 months passed the 5 year warranty on those parts. I will take careful notice before the next 5 year expires. I am very pleased with the work Billy Peterson performed. I will highly recommend him for any overhead door repair or installation. I called Precision Door Service. Michael Powell arrived at my house at 10 am. He spend five to ten minutes doing an analysis and coming up with a plan. He put together a plan for repairing the garage door. He replaced the torsion springs and some rollers and other parts. He finished in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was prompt and courteous.
