This was my first experience with Precision and I was highly impressed with the entire process from scheduling to the completed replacement of my garage door springs. A technician (Mike O.) was ringing my doorbell after only a few hours from my initial call. Kudos to Mike for his professionalism and willingness to take the time to explain my options, he was very knowledgeable of all products and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend and would personally use Precision again if I had additional issues with my garage door.

I am not happy. I called to begin with to get a quote about prices and you were $90.00 less than the company we had used for years. It was installed on Thursday and on Friday, the door would not go down. I called on Saturday only to find out I can't get service till next Thursday. When I went outside to check on the light on it that won't turn off, it was very hot so I unplugged the unit. I would like someone here sooner than 5 days from now.

We were able to change the schedule around to make it possible for one of our technician's to take care of this customer by Tuesday, rather than waiting until after to July 4th holiday. She called to express her gratitude for us being able to do that and reported the thoroughness of the technician who came to her home to resolve the issue. We do our best to provide excellent and prompt service and appreciate the business all our customer's entrust to us.

I would recommend them to all my friends I need of garage door repairs and service. Same day service and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. A++ service

Not only am I dissatisfied with the repair service I received from Precision Door, I’m extremely dissatisfied with their lack of response to my concerns. When I called to complain, the same tech who serviced my door called me back. When I asked for his managers phone number he refused to give it to me but said he would have him call me back, but he never did. I then sent an email to the person who mailed me my invoice and they never replied. I then sent email to their main email address but still never received a reply. Now, I will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

David called and gave me a 30 minute arrival time. He was very knowledgeable on the type door system I had. He was very courteous. He fixed the broken spring and lubricated the door. Precision has my recommendation. Michael Otteson did an excellent job installing my new garage door opener. He was very personable and explained the difference of repairing the old one (which is no longer made) or purchasing a new one. He was always on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. He also programed my car to open the garage door which was greatly appreciated. He has "thumbs up" from a Snellville home owner who will call on him again if the need arises.
