Rocky contacted me because he was able to come earlier than scheduled. At the time I was across town at urgent care with my son. He immediately expressed his concern for my son, and actually arrive at my home before I did. Rocky, was very courteous informative. Precision Door is wonderful. They came out right away and provided me an estimate to replace my garage door. Price was very reasonable. Called and scheduled installation in less than two weeks. George the installer was "Great" --did a beautiful job & took the time to explain everything to me. Very polite and friendly. Outstanding Customer Service!! These people operate their business like no other businesses today. They actually do what they say they will do! They stand behind their work and do not complain or put you off if follow up work is needed. A warranty to them actually means WARRANTY and they do not try and hit you up with extra charges. Will alway use them now for any door work needed!

Our technician was incredibly fast. In fact, another contractor was at our house at the same time doing another project and made the comment 'wow that garage door guy is flying'. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the system he was installing. He was also on time and the front office staff were very good as well. Would absolutely recommend Precision.

Precision was recommended by a friend that used their services. I got three quotes and felt Precision was the best one. Although they made me aware of the higher priced options, I just didn't need them and they worked with me to put together a package that was a fit for me. The quote was clear, the timing for install was quick, and the install itself was very thorough and clean. The installer, Rick, was really good and very friendly. Great job!

I had two garage doors and one opener put on new house. They were installed in 2015. The j arm pulled the bracket off the door. The original installer didn't put the right arc j arm on. They sent someone out the next day to fix and put the right hardware on and to reprogram the opener.
