I got a email from Tim the owner to let him know if I was not satisfied. I had questions and I emailed him back but that account is set up for no-reply. The email bounced. So I had no way to contact. I tried to contact him before I wrote this. Got 2 springs replaced and on each door. The springs installed are different sizes/specs on the same door. My research indicates that the springs should be the same size and specifications for longevity on the same door (my original springs were same size and specs). This makes sense. Other garage door companies informed me so also. I paid a lot of money for upgraded springs (salesman advice) and even though they may last out the warranty period they may break before the 12 year mark my last springs worked. The technician was polite but was a sales man never the less. He quoted me a 30$ price on a washer that is Free when you buy springs on the internet or from other companies or 3$ MAX. Since I paid for labour. The parts shouldn't have been overpriced. Thats double dipping to me. Because I got my other doors functioning door springs replaced the 2 washers were not charged for but I was made to feel that they're giving away some thing of great value when in REALITY it had little or NO value. I did not appreciate that at all. I only got this company in an emergency because a friend recommended it. I do feel that garage door companies charge a lot for service. I recommend that customers call around and price the parts and labor. Replacing springs should not be that expensive. The salesman should not try to sell you the most expensive item. Customers are usually trusting the professionals and the professionls have a responsibility to be honest and save customers money. The doors are working fine but the unmatched springs on each door according to other garage door companies will potentially be problem in the future. This bother me a lot. After the work was done I investigated this matter. I felt some thing was wrong. My original springs were the same size and specs for a reason. Everyone was polite who I talked to and came on time. I can give a 5 for that. Cost 1 (honestly). The work took about 60 minutes.

I called to discuss the options for repairing or replacing an old garage door opener that had stopped working. Precision did everything they said from scheduling that day, calling prior to arrival to Josh being knowledgeable and prepared to explain options and answer questions. The over 20 year old garage door opener couldn't be repaired, so I had to replace it. I received an excellent price, great guarantee and he installed it while he was here. I received all paperwork regarding the guarantee specifics later the same day by email. I am very satisfied.

The service is good, but I had an appointment for anytime between noon and 4pm; the technicican did not show up untii after 6pm.

I made the desperate call on Friday and without hesitation you made sure that someone would be there on Saturday to take care of the situation. I know that Saturdays are difficult appointments to get, but you made it happen and I’m so grateful for your flexibility. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Kyle (technician). He had such a friendly attitude and caring personality. I was surprised to see that he came alone to do this job, that I would’ve thought was a job for 2 technicians. I was concerned about my cars; however he took the door down with ease and no cars were harmed in the process. He was very clean and made sure that he picked up every single remnant from the job. I actually think that my garage was cleaner after he finished than when he started.
