Josh called ahead as I was notified he would and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem as being a defective opener. Made suggestions on several options and showed he was very knowledgeable. Installed of new opener went without an issues and all back operating properly. Josh is very professional and efficient. Will ask for him should additional services be needed. I am expecting this not to be needed for quite awhile. Thanks.

Great company, used them before. Called on Sat morning and Mike Powell arrived about two hours later and fixed our garage door problem. He arrived when they said he would and was very professional, pleasant and fixed the issue. This company goes out of there way to take care of customers with a garage door problem, where other companies that I called ,put you off for 2to3 days

Within 30 minutes of calling Precision, Michael Ottosen (Technician) had come to our house, assessed our garage door damage and created an estimate. After realizing that it would take several weeks for the parts to arrive, Michael took the time to repair the door to best of his ability and make sure that it safely closed. I highly recommend Precision if you seek timely, thoughtful, cost-effective and professional service.

Michael was very professional, explained every detail and showed the problems. Very thoughtful and helped me save money. (he gave me the "rebuilt package" which included replacing all moving parts) for one price. They even came out to Dacula... I had a spring break and based off reviews I chose Precision. The tech gave me several options on pricing and although a bit much for all in repair, I chose just to replace the spring and I do feel the tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he did a great job.

Recently I had my new garage door opener installed. The install went well, but after a short period of time the garage door was not opening smoothly. I made a call to Precision Door and scheduled an appointment with Amber, she provided great customer service The Technician assigned was Jeremiah. On the day of the appointment Jeremiah was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately found the issues and corrected. Please note that the issues found were not a result from the installation. Jeremiah took time to educate me on how properly maintain my garage door. Great job, thank you!!
