Our Garage door operator has constant mind of it's own. Sometimes it would open the door and at other times it chose not to. So we called precision because they showed up on the internet. Shawn came out and diagnosed that our 15yr old door opener was burnt out but and could only open the door when it could. So we had him install a new Ez Lift opener...WOW it's amazing....didn't realize how much we needed a new one. Shawn figured it all out for us and taught us how to use the new tech opener. He was very helpful and we really enjoyed working with him. Thank You Precision.

I would recommend them because of their prompt service, repair, an installation of a garage door opener. Both doors open and work properly. This was a Christmas present to a relative.

Let’s start at the basics - THEY SHOWED UP. Not only did they show up but they were on time and respectful. The technician are knowledgeable. The cost of repair is not excessive. And, they do fix the problem - not a band aid fix but rather a lasting fix. We wouldn’t call anyone else.

Kevin performed a repair on our garage door today. He was on time, called before showing up, and was a total professional. Reached out to Precision Door to address the sprocket that broke off and I probably needed a new garage door opener. The technician that came out was Chase Dasilva, and he clearly explained the different options. Since their service vehicles seem to be well stocked, he could replace the garage door openers and springs on both garage doors immediately. Chase provided an accurate cost estimate, and projected installation time. He was very professional.

Everything went smoothly from the sales to install. Orion Smith as the sales person was outstanding. He was very patient and always answered my texts and emails promptly with on point responses. These responses helped shape my decision to go with Precison Garage Door over few other great competitors. Visiting the showroom was also very helpful in finalizing our choices for the garage doors and windows. Most competitors don’t have a showroom.... Tyler and Jeff as installers came on time and were extremely efficient. They took time to answer all our questions and provided several helpful insights on the operation of the garage doors. The whole experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who is considering replacing their garage doors!

Glen provided a major service for us (opener, rollers, keypad, and maintenance) and was a top notch professional. If all the employees are like Glen, the owner(s) knows how to run a business. I've owned several myself and it's clear they put customer satisfaction at the top. Glen went the extra mile and also re-programmed both openers in my vehicles at no charge. I cannot recommend Precision Door any higher. Use them!

This is what I call customer service -- in this case, Precision Door has delivered outstanding customer service. A bit over 2 years ago, I had Precision Door install two new garage door openers. For some reason, the batteries for the backup function were never installed. This became apparent this past weekend when we had a power outage and the garage doors would not open. I called Precision Door two days ago, they showed up today and fixed the issue from back then, without a charge. I am a very happy customer and will recommend this company without hesitation.
