I had Garage doors installed on 10/12/2017. Orion meet with me on 9/14/2017. Professional and honest. He called before coming and was on time, helped with decision and went over everything. He explained the process. Received a call several days later to let me know the doors were ordered and would follow up when all materials were in to schedule an install date. In less that 2 weeks i received a call to schedule installation. I received a call the day before installation to verify. The next day I received a call from the installers letting me know they were on the way. Scott Shaw and Michael Ottosen were very professional and customer focussed. I asked about how long the installation would take and they were finished on time. They did a high quality install. They answered all questions and went over the operation of the remotes and key pad and made sure we were pleased before they left. Outstanding Company and Employees. Customer Focused. Would Highly recommend.

This is the first review I have ever posted as I usually do not take the time, but this company did a fantastic job from the initial call to completion of the garage door repair. Glenn was our tech. He was prompt, courteous and had our door repaired quickly, so our schedule was not disrupted. Definitely 5 star service at a reasonable price.

Great experience with Precision! Josh showed up on time and was very thorough in diagnosing the issues with my garage door. Runs like a champ now and he completed the task fast. I am more than impressed with the workmanship and expertise that went in to fixing the problem. Highly recommended.

I don't believe in "perfect" scores because I always think there is room for improvement. BUT these guys deserve a 5 star rating! From the initial assessment for new garage doors with Orion, to the actual installation with Jeff, these guys were extremely professional. Orion showed me all the options available and didn't "push" to upsell me. The installer, Jeff, was on time and incredibly organized. Install went without a hitch despite him having to lower one rail system to avoid the possibility of it rubbing a gas pipe. I would highly recommend this company.

Ryan did a great job! Called Precision less than 48 hours ago and now I have a newly installed door opener. Ryan quickly assessed the opener/door/hardware, gave me several options/recos and we quickly agreed on a plan/price.. An hour later, the door is functioning well with upgraded springs and an upgraded belt driven opener.

I was impressed with the service I received from Precision. My technician called 45 minuets ahead to let me know he was on the way. Once Chase Dasiliva, arrived he was 100% professional and answered all of my questions I had. He recommended new wheels for my garage door which I needed. I just spent $225 with a garage door company, Voyles 4 days ago getting a new spring coil. 2 days later garage door popped brackets out on same door. I won’t go into to much details about the other company. I will speak only positive things. Precision, garage door company is very professional company and Chase Dasiliva is the bomb.
