I chose Precision Door Service because of the person who answered the phone...very pleasant. I needed to have door openers installed and was very satisfied with the service I received. The guys who performed the service were excellent. They were professional and quite pleasant. Everything installed was explained to me and they told me why I needed it. Shaun S. and Michael arrived. The problem was discovered and the repair was made immediately. After two separate visits for two separate problems, both Shauns are exceptional as to knowledge, work and courtesy. This was a first visit for Michael and he also fits this category. We only wish we found Precision years ago.

I wasn't able to call for a repair until the afternoon after work, but much to my surprise, someone was here within an hour of my call. My spring was broken, but my motor was aging as well, so within a couple of hours I was back in business! Not only was I provided a discount for the amount of work that I had done, but the technician walked me thru connecting the opener to my car, setting up my new keypad and downloading the app that I can use to open and close my door as well. The service was outstanding in every way. I will not hesitate to call again. Thank you!

Precision came out on a Sunday morning and completed a total rebuild of Garage Door. New everything was replaced but the door. Service Tech, on time, well educated and excellent at his profession. Will pass this excellent service on to others.

Sean and Michael were very efficient and thorough with my repair. They installed a new garage door opener and springs for the garage door in about one hour. The garage was left clean and all boxes and old equipment was disposed. Sean also discussed the app to remotely open and close the door from anywhere. Sean also gave me a discounted price on the springs since I also purchased a garage door opener.

Sean Scheiern was a true professional from the meet and greet until he finished cleaning up after the job. The gentleman that came out was very professional. He couldn't repair our door because it needed to be replaced. He explained to us why he couldn't. We were going to have him order a new door for us and have it installed. Shortly after he left, I had a family emergency in California. My brother was losing his fight with cancer. Sadly he passed this September. I am back home now and would like him to put that order. I in for us. I see I have to select a service performed. So I will select something so I can send this review....please read the statement above. Thank you
