Precision came out on a Sunday morning and completed a total rebuild of Garage Door. New everything was replaced but the door. Service Tech, on time, well educated and excellent at his profession. Will pass this excellent service on to others.

Joe came and after doing an initial diagnosis and trouble shooting, installed a new garage door bar. We were very happy with Joe's promptness and professional manner as he went about his work. Because of Joe we would recommend Precision to family and friends.

I was very pleased with Josh and Precision Door. He called and asked if he could come before the appointment because he was nearby and ready. He was knowledgeable and prepared to install the new opener on the spot, unlike the other company. And I never got the sense he was trying to upsell me anything.

Sean and Michael were very efficient and thorough with my repair. They installed a new garage door opener and springs for the garage door in about one hour. The garage was left clean and all boxes and old equipment was disposed. Sean also discussed the app to remotely open and close the door from anywhere. Sean also gave me a discounted price on the springs since I also purchased a garage door opener.

Absolutely The technician was on time I was told between the hours of 10 and 2 he called at 9:30 he was here at 10 he was very professional and clean and courteous his work took two hours he cleaned up his mess and he was on his way great personality great customer service!????

Sean Scheiern was a true professional from the meet and greet until he finished cleaning up after the job. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process and ended up doing a fantastic job and would recommend him with the highest recommendation there is. Hopefully this company smart enough to know never get rid of this gentleman he’s a great representation for your company and I know because I’m a General manager for an automobile dealership.

The gentleman that came out was very professional. He couldn't repair our door because it needed to be replaced. He explained to us why he couldn't. We were going to have him order a new door for us and have it installed. Shortly after he left, I had a family emergency in California. My brother was losing his fight with cancer. Sadly he passed this September. I am back home now and would like him to put that order. I in for us. I see I have to select a service performed. So I will select something so I can send this review....please read the statement above. Thank you

I had Garage doors installed on 10/12/2017. Orion meet with me on 9/14/2017. Professional and honest. He called before coming and was on time, helped with decision and went over everything. He explained the process. Received a call several days later to let me know the doors were ordered and would follow up when all materials were in to schedule an install date. In less that 2 weeks i received a call to schedule installation. I received a call the day before installation to verify. The next day I received a call from the installers letting me know they were on the way. Scott Shaw and Michael Ottosen were very professional and customer focussed. I asked about how long the installation would take and they were finished on time. They did a high quality install. They answered all questions and went over the operation of the remotes and key pad and made sure we were pleased before they left. Outstanding Company and Employees. Customer Focused. Would Highly recommend.
