So far so good! Just got an estimate to either repair or replace two doors. The technician Dustin came across as knowledgeable, personable and genuine. I'm going to check with O'Brien for a second estimate but I'm pretty sure I'm going with Precision.

Had a motor replacement a year ago. However something went wrong cause it open and close the garage door itself. Precision technician came and had it replaced with better model at no additional cost and finished in no time. Great service, experienced technicians !!!

Glenn provided a courtesy call notifying me of his arrival and arrived early within the designated window. He explained the problem, and offered solutions. The garage door opener and other equiment was replaced and works more smoothly and quieter than the previous garage door opener. Glenn provided exceptional professional service. I can honestly say Precision is the best garage door company.

This company is awesome. First of all, they showed up. I was having a terrible time finding someone that would take the job ( the eyes needed to be replaced). They not only showed up but they were there when they said they would be. The technician was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a matter of a few minutes and did a service job ( which hadn't been done in a few years ). We are very, very pleased with the service and work we received.
