I don't believe in "perfect" scores because I always think there is room for improvement. BUT these guys deserve a 5 star rating! From the initial assessment for new garage doors with Orion, to the actual installation with Jeff, these guys were extremely professional. Orion showed me all the options available and didn't "push" to upsell me. The installer, Jeff, was on time and incredibly organized. Install went without a hitch despite him having to lower one rail system to avoid the possibility of it rubbing a gas pipe. I would highly recommend this company.

Ryan did a great job! Called Precision less than 48 hours ago and now I have a newly installed door opener. Ryan quickly assessed the opener/door/hardware, gave me several options/recos and we quickly agreed on a plan/price.. An hour later, the door is functioning well with upgraded springs and an upgraded belt driven opener.

I was impressed with the service I received from Precision. My technician called 45 minuets ahead to let me know he was on the way. Once Chase Dasiliva, arrived he was 100% professional and answered all of my questions I had. He recommended new wheels for my garage door which I needed. I just spent $225 with a garage door company, Voyles 4 days ago getting a new spring coil. 2 days later garage door popped brackets out on same door. I won’t go into to much details about the other company. I will speak only positive things. Precision, garage door company is very professional company and Chase Dasiliva is the bomb. Tech was polite and very respectful. We needed new springs and center bearing. Cost felt really high but I don't know anything about garage doors or how much it should cost to fix the issue I was having. As long as it doesn't break again I'm happy.
