Precision Door never seizes to amaze me. I have used their services in the past and each time, they produce phenomenal service. Honest, accurate, on time, great customer service. This morning, Sean inspected my garage door that had collapsed. I was hoping the problem was minor, and it was but he explained, the reason the door was having problems. He suggested a new door, but also suggested an immediate solution to the problem and informed me the resolve would not last forever but it would resolve the issue today. I asked Sean to forward an estimate of the replacement of the door including labor, as I will be calling Precision Door to replace the garage door when it fits into my budget. Thank you Precision and thank you Sean.

The technician Chase Dasilva is an absolute pro at his job. He showed up was super friendly and talkative. He checked all issues with the door and gave me my options. He went above any beyond by checking every single screw on the garage door and lubricating all required parts. He works so fluently, as each step is calculated and precise. This man deserves a raise immediately!

Precision previously repaired broken springs for us and provided amazing service for both sets of doors that were overdue in receiving preventive maintenance. Just an all around positive experience. Precision offered the best price for a high quality product. Installation was done in a few hours and the installer was polite and professional, with full explanation of how everything functioned. Showed up early. Was very professional. Very satisfied with our service. Our spring had busted on our main two car door. That was replaced. Added a safety cable to the single door for when that spring fails to prevent the spring from flying off. Since it is probably about time. The house is 12 years old. Added a remote keypad to the main door for the kids to use since we have more drivers than remotes.
