Precision Door is about the only company I have dealt with in several years that still treats the customer as if they are the only thing important and I love that. Precision previously repaired broken springs for us and provided amazing service for both sets of doors that were overdue in receiving preventive maintenance. When we recently encountered some issues with our door design and installation (from when the house was built) Precision came and expertly saved the day. Just an all around positive experience. Precision offered the best price for a high quality product. Installation was done in a few hours and the installer was polite and professional, with full explanation of how everything functioned. The best compliment I can give someone is that I would have them do work for my mama. These guys meet that criterion. I do not believe we could have made a better choice.

Showed up early. Was very professional. Very satisfied with our service. Our spring had busted on our main two car door. That was replaced. Added a safety cable to the single door for when that spring fails to prevent the spring from flying off. Since it is probably about time. The house is 12 years old. Added a remote keypad to the main door for the kids to use since we have more drivers than remotes.

My garage door was broken for a while, when I decided to fix it, I went online. I saw a lot of companies that specialize in garage door services. For some reason I chose precision. I read the reviews and gave them a call. I called towards the end of work, the next morning someone was knocking at my door. Brandon looked at it and told me what was wrong with it. When he asked me if I wanted him to fix it, I thought he was going to schedule a day and time that he would come back. He fixed it within few hours. He is a very hard worker, honest, polite, professional, knowledgeable, smart and humble. Fixing my garage door cost me twice more than I budgeted but I am very happy with Brandon's work. When I read the reviews, I thought that some of it were made up until I saw the proof. I would recommend precision to friends and family over and over again.

The technician Chase Dasilva is an absolute pro at his job. He showed up was super friendly and talkative. He checked all issues with the door and gave me my options. He went above any beyond by checking every single screw on the garage door and lubricating all required parts. He works so fluently, as each step is calculated and precise. This man deserves a raise immediately!
