I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the visit at 6:45 this evening after one of my garage door motors quit. I decided to upgrade both garage door motors and switched over to belt drives. First the professionalism was outstanding, the job took about 2 1/2 hours and the tech. left at 10pm. I felt bad that he actually had to stay that late but he indicated that he was more than happy to do the work and it was his job. I would recommend Precision

I was in a dilemma -- on the day that my concrete guys were going to start to remove and replace my garage floor, my old garage door failed on me. One of the springs broke and the door jammed up and was half open. I was planning on replacing the door in a few weeks anyway but now i needed to move quickly. I called Precision and the owner Tim came out to help me within a few hours that same day -- I bought a new door and they installed in on schedule on budget and without fuss -- beautiful new door and great service - I now have my "go to" garage door company

Requested the doors be quieted down. There are 3 smaller doors. Was quoted over $500 for the service. Tech said the coupon we had was only good for one door. Called and found that not to be true. My wif was placed in an awkward position by your tech. To make matters worse my door I use everyday is still loud. I do not recommend your place unfortunately....

We're sorry your doors are still loud. I went over the invoice and found that he did indeed honor the Angies List price for all 3 doors. We would be more than willing to come back out and determine why it is that your doors are still loud. Changing out the rollers may not have been your only issue. Had Dave from precision garage doors install a new garage door opener and replace the wires which another company put on because they put the wrong size wires and had to be replaced. He was great and very informative. Would definitely recommend Dave and precision to anyone for garage door service.
