Excellent experience using Precision Garage Door from first placing an after hours service request with customer service to the replacement of a tired garage door opener. The tech that performed the troubleshooting of my failed garage door opener, also was a consultant for explaining to me the problem and potential replacement options. He also performed the installation, his name Glen Cure. Extremely pleased with my service and Precision is very lucky to have Mr. Cure working for them. Overall outstanding service experience.

I met with a number of different companies regarding installation of a beautiful glass panel anodized aluminum garage door. I found the staff at Precision to be responsive and very easy to work with. The pricing on the door was very competitive. The install went quite smoothly. The door is truly beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the service at Precision.

Dustin was my technician. He called one hour before arriving and was actually 30 minutes earlier than the repair window, which was MUCH appreciated. He was training Michael, so he had help getting my garage door fixed. It was obvious Michael was not far from going solo as he was very knowledgable, just like Dustin. I called Precision due to their great reviews. My door was starting to get misaligned, and one of the cables was starting to fray. One of the two coil springs was starting to "wave", indicating it was at the end of its life. Dustin knew immediately how to remedy the situation. I had him install new 20,000 cycle springs, drum bearings, main bearing, and new cables. He also lubricated all moving parts of the door and the guide rail for the opener. The door is running great and is super QUIET now. While onsite, Dustin and Michael lubricated my smaller garage door and opener in the basement at no charge. They also gave me plenty of tips on maintaining the doors and extending their life. Dustin and Michael were incredibly personable and professional. All of the work above was done in less than an hour! I will call no one else besides Precision for all garage door needs.

Absolutely the best service I've received in a long time. I called on Friday afternoon and Precision arrived early Saturday morning. I had two new garage door openers within 20 hours of initial contact. The rep, Ed, was probably one of the nicest and most informative people I've ever met. The new garage door openers are amazingly quiet and the technology has definitely advanced in the last 13 years since we had our previous openers installed. These things are controllable through our wifi! 100% satisfied with Precision and LiftMaster. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Ed!!

Our 13 year old opener was having issues. I called in the morning and the technician came early afternoon. He evaluated the issue and recommended choices. We ended up getting a new motor unit and replacing parts on the door. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. Hopefully we won't need to call back for a while but if something comes up we'll call again

My garage door had only one spring on it and it is a double garage door and should have had two springs. The one spring that I had broke at 10 pm at night and I had to go to work the next day with no way to open the door. Precision Garage Door came our at almost midnight to repair it. I had to pay extra for their coming out late at night but the technician that came out was very prompt, timely and call as he was on his way. He did an excellent job and I have been very satisfied with the results of his work. And he noticed that I was a veteran and made sure that I received a 10% discount in appreciation of my military service. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to install or repair their garage doors. THe professionalism of the technician was very obvious and the work was excellent and my garage door is much quieter than before.

Just purchased a new home, and called the Overhead Door Company of Atlanta to install a keypad, and fix an alignment issue. The "gentleman" that arrived had an attitude, and said that their keypad would not work with the implied inferior brand, Linear opener, that my builder had installed. Later found out they have a relationship with Genie brand openers, therefore the rude behavior. Being that they took care of my garage door needs for over 20 years in my previous home, I was disappointed with their behavior. I saw an ad for Precision, called them, and they were out a day later. They installed a keypad, resolved the door alignment issue, and were courteous and professional throughout the process. I've since recommended them to my neighbor, and would do so to anyone needing garage door related service or equipment!

The technician arrived promptly, reviewed the situation, and was able to provide options, had thorough knowledge of the products, and was able to provide intelligent answers to my questions, and had the necessary equipment/parts immediately at hand. Very customer focus, despite the extreme weather conditions of humidity, 97 degrees with a garage that faced the sun, he expedited the service, cleaned up, was completed in recorded time, and ready to do the same for his next Customer. I appreciated the customer focus, an his willingness to take the time and care necessary solve the situation.
