Wow! This was the best home repair/install experience ever! From the sale (Orion) to the install (Rick), it was professional, friendly, and honest. We love the doors, especially how quiet they are! The belt drive openers are a great value. Rick came when promised and was completely done as promised. He was helpful in showing us how to set up the keypads and openers! Y'all done good!

Brandon was great. Came on time. Immediately installed a new opener and spring system. Was friendly and helpful. However, I think Precision's pricing could be more competitive - so minus 1 star for not having the best pricing.

Precision Door never seizes to amaze me. I have used their services in the past and each time, they produce phenomenal service. Honest, accurate, on time, great customer service. This morning, Sean inspected my garage door that had collapsed. I was hoping the problem was minor, and it was but he explained, the reason the door was having problems. He suggested a new door, but also suggested an immediate solution to the problem and informed me the resolve would not last forever but it would resolve the issue today. I asked Sean to forward an estimate of the replacement of the door including labor, as I will be calling Precision Door to replace the garage door when it fits into my budget. Thank you Precision and thank you Sean.

The technician Chase Dasilva is an absolute pro at his job. He showed up was super friendly and talkative. He checked all issues with the door and gave me my options. He went above any beyond by checking every single screw on the garage door and lubricating all required parts. He works so fluently, as each step is calculated and precise.
