We needed a spring repair on our garage door. We called Precision based on their excellent ratings and are happy that we did. We were scheduled for the next day, which surprisingly to us was on a Sunday. James called 45 minutes ahead of arrival, clearly explained the steps, options and costs. He replaced the spring and rollers and lubed all the key parts all within about an hour. He was very courteous and we would request his services again. Our new springs even with our 15 yr old door are super quiet. Job well done James.

The tech guy (James Meador) got here was relaxed and asked what the problem was. I showed him and he said not a big deal, nothing broken or needed replacement just needed cables put back on and spring adjusted. I agreed to work and he got to work. He put it in overdrive and got it done very quickly. He worked very fast and efficiently. Tested the garage door a few times and wad done. I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend him and Precision

Shawn and Mike were on time, courteous and efficient. They replaced virtually all moving parts, except opener. I opted for 7 year warranty covering parts and labor. A new door of comparable quality would have cost 3-4 times the repair cost so we opted for extreme reconditioning.

Wow.... I called at 7:30 a.m., and by 11:30a.m. the same day, our garage doors were repaired like new! Precisions employee was very courteous, professional and was meticulous with clean up. The best thing of all - we know we won't be calling them again while we live in this house. I googled the repair and material expenses and their quote was very competitive. I can't say much more about them since the experience was so short lived. :-)

Josh was great. Fast and efficient. He explained why the door was not working properly and showed me the reasons for the issues. He gave me an idea on the time needed for the repairs and had everything working sooner than estimated. Thankfully the garage door is working properly again. I'll definitely use Precision Garage Door the next time my garage door needs servicing or repairs.

Once again Precision Door has responded quickly at a reasonable price and with excellent work. I just sold my house, and Brandon Seligman installed a new garage door opener the buyer requested for a 2nd garage door that did not have an opener. Brandon was able to determine the garage was only pre-wired for the one opener I already had, and that a lot of extra external wiring was necessary. He got my ok for that in advance, got every extra foot strung appropriately, and thankfully the extra wiring is thin & white so it barely shows.

Service representative was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He repaired my door by replacing parts that had prevented my garage door from opening. Representative gave a full explanation of new parts 1/2 HP MOTOR, 1 light, 2 remotes, wall button,7 ft. chain rail, and safety sensors. I was given explanation of why the need for replacement, and details for operating the door and remotes. It should be noted that I DID NOT receive a second light bulb although description of equipment provided indicated TWO lights. Representative advised that IF I had a light bulb he would install it in the overhead mechanism. Service was good, but it should be noted that a consumer should ALWAYS receive what they are entitled to during a service call. ONE LIGHT BULB MISSING!! It was not until I received my email receipt (after the representative left) that I realized I had an entitlement to the second light bulb at the time of installation as it was indicated on the receipt. Just calling attention to a consumer issue. It should be noted that I would recommend this company.
