I contacted Precision because my garage door failed to open up pass 6 inches. I got a same-day appointment and my serviceman, David Sweeney was on time (actually early)! I needed a new motor and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. I did not feel pressure to get the "best" of the motors. He was friendly and worked fast. The price was as expected and overall we had a great experience with Precision. Thank you!

Could not be happier with our garage door repair! We were able to get a technician out within one hour of our call, on a Sunday afternoon! The service was great. Chase fixed our broken pulley and replaced worn springs. Alerted us to things to watch for (on both of our garage doors), but did not try to pressure us into buying anything. We honestly had no idea the garage door could function so quietly!

Joe did a great job of informing me of what was going on with my doors. Offered me some options to improve performance and noise of my doors without any hard sell or undue pressure. He went above and beyond and I would be happy to have him and Precision back when I need help in the future.
