Kevin did a great job explaining what was wrong with my door and he gave me all 3 possible options. He is very knowledgeable and he made sure that I understood all my options. I recommend him if you are looking for a great service. In addition, he called me 1/2 hour before his arrival, and when he left my garage was clean so looks like he was never here! Great job.

Amazing Service! Shawn came out right at the start of the quoted time. We received a courtesy call before hand so that we had time to put our dog away. He was very thorough and professional. Turns out we had other issues than just the spring breaking, and Shawn went through each repair needed and really gave a fair quote. He was quick and done in less than 2 hours. The door works much smoother and is so quiet you don't even realize it is opening. I highly recommend him!

We had a terrible squeak. Precision technician came out adjusted the door balance and lubricated it. Unfortunately with a week it was squeaking again. So I called Precision and they came back (under their warranty and no additional charge which I appreciated) and determined where the noise was coming from, lubricated it again, and gave me the options to fix ranging from more frequent lubrication to replacing the part. I particularly appreciate their offering me the information on options. Also, both technicians were very professional and friendly!

Great service. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. James let me know about some things that were not in code on my garage doors and suggested I get those fixed. He also noticed that my tracks were not appropriately affixed to my wall so he put longer screws in to fix it.

Shaun arrived on time and performed some minor adjustments, the second time he has responded in the last year. Like the first time, he was courteous, personable, and--most important--professional and precise. He finished quickly and efficiently. I'm an older dude, critical and demanding when it comes to materials and services for which I pay. That said, as with the doors, the service and the technicians are first rate.
