This company is awesome. First of all, they showed up. I was having a terrible time finding someone that would take the job ( the eyes needed to be replaced). They not only showed up but they were there when they said they would be. The technician was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a matter of a few minutes and did a service job ( which hadn't been done in a few years ). We are very, very pleased with the service and work we received.

During a recent power outage I needed to disconnect my garage door opener. When I went to manually close it, it would not close. There was not sufficient clearance and the garage door was jamming against the track. James adjusted the opener track to ensure it would close in the future. As Precision had installed the opener last year, I was not charged for the adjustment. An example of a company standing behind their service and delivering a superior customer experience.

I called Precision for a tune-up of our garage doors. We have a tune-up done every year. We usually have a different company do the tune-up, but thought we'd try Precision for a change. The service man was on time. He quickly looked over everything and said we needed work done that would cost between $600-$1200. I said no thanks. Then he said it would be $89/door (we have 2 doors). I told him that's not what I was told on the phone when I made the appointment. He said ok, it would be $89 total. He did the tune-up for $89 total. I would not call them again.

I was more than pleased with my service from Precision Overhead Door Service of Atlanta, especially the technician that came out David Sweeney. He called before arriving to give me the heads up, and arrived with a smile on his face. He was eager to address our garage door problem, and was so happy to find out we were repeat customer. He diagnosed the issue within about 5 minutes, he was very knowledgable about our garage door system, and he gave me complete confidence in his repair. He was very customer service oriented - it was apparent he cared about the customer and the job he was doing. I would most definitely recommend your company and David, it was a positive experience!! Wow! This was the best home repair/install experience ever! From the sale (Orion) to the install (Rick), it was professional, friendly, and honest. We love the doors, especially how quiet they are! The belt drive openers are a great value. Rick came when promised and was completely done as promised. He was helpful in showing us how to set up the keypads and openers! Y'all done good!

Brandon was great. Came on time. Immediately installed a new opener and spring system. Was friendly and helpful. However, I think Precision's pricing could be more competitive - so minus 1 star for not having the best pricing.

charged $309.00 to put two screws in wall that holds springs up less than 10 minutes work way over priced I would not recommend this company
