Builder installed garage opener system failed after only 8 years. Was not sure if I could get anyone out for the repairs during Memorial weekend. Called Precision and was able to get a technician out within the hour. Phillip King replaced the system and was done in about 2 hours. He explained thoroughly what the issue was with the now obsolete system that the builder installed, what parts had to be replaced and showed me everything that he did after he completed. Very professional and thorough. Would recommend Phillip and Precision to anyone who needs their garage door system repaired or replaced.

The initial call was because I believed that the garage door opener required repair and the rollers were off tract. As it turned out, it was me not understanding what occurs when you manually open the door. The technicians could ot have been nicer and more helpful in explaining things. I decided to add new springs, cable and rollers after inspection was performed as I felt safety was an issue. The work was not very well and afterwards the technician took the time to explain and show what work was performed. Thank you for your professionalism and quality work!

After going to 4-5 places looking for a garage door, i found Precision and I wished I had come here first. The people at the office were polite and informed. That is only the beginning of my outstanding review. Kelly came to my home to take measurements, which she did and answered all my questions about the door. When she left I knew I had selected the right company. I wanted a forest green one so it had to be special ordered. It still came in very timely. The guy that came to install the door was prompt. He had to build the framing around the door(other places did not do this step) He worked non stop. he certainly knew what he was doing and did it well. When he finished he cleaned up the area and explained how my door worked. I hope management knows who they sent because I forgot to ask his name and I want him to get all the credit for a job well done. I would recommend this company any time.

New garage door opener (Rate as 5 stars): Saw advertisement and called, Precision set up appointment within 24 hours. Technician (Phillip) confirmed arrival and was prompt. Went through product offerings, differences in features and pricing. Then did efficient installation explaining needed details along the way. Entire experience was quick and thorough. Paid a little more than original plan but was well worth it based on service. Would use them again and definitely recommend to others.

Hello Tim.. Your company's service is top notch! I just scheduled service for my garage door two days ago and the repair was done by 1000am this morning. My technicians Ed and Brandon were fantastic. Dustin was our technician. He did a fabulous job! He explained everything that we needed to fix our garage door. The spring had broken. He gave an estimate to fix the garage door. Then I asked about putting in a garage door opener as well and explained I didn't have much wiggle room in the budget. Dustin was completely honest and upfront about which one to use and how much it would cost. He also told me about a credit card we could use from Precision if we needed to. Dustin took his time and made sure everything worked correctly. He spent time making sure I understood how to use the app on the phone to close the garage door. When the other garage door spring breaks, we know exactly who we are going to call and we will ask to install another garage door opener. My husband and I are thrilled with Dustin's work and service. Thanks so much!
