No one from your business has contacted me to correct the fact that you did not provide the total service we paid for. Again, our purchase through Angie's list included a tune up and roller replacement and our roller was NOT replaced during the service call. Your technician was very professional and courteous but we have no plans to ever use your company again unless you remedy your oversight.

This is the worst company ever. I will never use this company again. I have had the repairman out two different times to fix the gap between the rubber and cement flooring. The last repairman walked into the garage and immediately said there was nothing that he can do and referred me to Home Depot. After he left, I took facial tissue and resolve the issue with the rubber. It needed some type of foam to prevent the gap. I called him back and told him. He came back 30 minutes later to add foam. I paid almost $500.00 and received horrible service.

The workers came on time, check both doors in detail. Advise the repair problems and what they recommend for repair. They did the repairs on both doors. The new springs make these doors so much quieter. They cleaned up their mess. I highly recommend this company.

(4) Experienced technician was friendly, efficient and timely in removing and installing two new garage doors on my home in Peachtree Corners. Would give them a 5 once a part comes in and is installed. The doors are quiet and beautiful!

We needed to replace a 30-year-old double-car garage door due to rotting and swelling wood panels which were causing the door to jam in its tracks. Everyone we came in contact with at this company was what I would call "professional-friendly" -- the person who answered our first phone call, the estimator who arrived quickly and on time, and the installer who also arrived on time and made short work of replacing the door. We also appreciated the fact that no one tried to sell us on items that did not need to be replaced -- for example, after inspections, the estimator and the installer both agreed that there was no reason to replace the tracks or the garage-door opener. We could not be more pleased with our replacement door!

My technician was Phillip King and I was very pleased with the installation of my garage door openers. I was given a 2 hour window and he was timely in his arrival. Mr. King was very polite and listened to what I wanted without trying to oversell, providing me with the product that suited my need. He was efficient in installing the openers (which also included the replacement of my keyless entry pad). He was patient and answered by questions to my satisfaction. I would choose Precision for any future garage door replacement/repair.

A cable broke on my garage door after 35 years... Brandon looked over our situation and recommended some repairs beyond cable replacement, as the whole system is... 35 years old. I wasn't in a position to do more today and he was understanding and didn't push, which I appreciated. He then was totally cool with me watching him make the repair and ask about a thousand questions. What a great technician. He took his time was thorough and when he left my door was working better than I ever remember. I was so happy with his work. I will absolutely call them back down the road next time I have an issue.

The spring broke on our garage door Called in the morning, appointment in the afternoon. The technician was prompt and courteous and cleaned up after himself. Wasn't able to get other quotes so not sure of price, but cost wasn't outrageous.
