You learn from this company that the function and repair of garage doors and openers are a science, which makes you glad you called them, because the technicians are thoroughly trained in all aspects, including in safety and security when you might not realize you need it. Ryan was able to cover every issue of many I was having with my 2 doors - one door off track and the other not staying open below the top of the garage, one remote control not working properly and the other not working at all, safety stop mechanism unaligned and in need of replacement, no keys for the key locks, and both doors in need of lubrication. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work and the parts I needed.

We were ENORMOUSLY pleased with the response time. Chase DaSilva was pleasant and helpful. Chase answered all questions for us. I was visiting from Florida. The repair to the garage door needed to be completed ASAP ... and it happened!!! Even considering the I-85 and I-20 traffic jams, Chase arrived smiling and pleasant. Chase is so kind and considerate but most of all caring. Thanks to everyone for such good service. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!

I called Precision in the morning and they had someone come out early that afternoon. The repairman called prior to arrival and showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem and offered me a few solutions in different price points. Once we agreed on a course of action, he was quick and courteous. Overall I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely use them again and refer them to those that ask. I highly recommend them.

We were so glad to have David Sweeney service our 34 year old garage door. David was thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. He replaced a broken spring, added a new one, rollers and some additional parts that had worn out and had everything he needed on his truck to make the repairs on the same day. He didn't mind the "audience" (my 2 daughters and me) observing the repairs and he answered all our various questions. He "tweaked" our door opener, so it would close better and advised us on how to maintain the other door. We thoroughly enjoyed his visit and highly recommend Precision!

I had seen the ads on WSB and the same day service was why I called. The call was answered and my service was scheduled. Chase showed up within 90 minutes of my initial call. He was great - explained the issue and advised the suggested repair and cost. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone for an install or repair.

Precision was exactly that - precise - and professional, polite, personable, and pretty darn quick. I am particularly impressed that not only did your team do such a great job with the installation of a new garage door but even came by and fixed the immediate problem I was having (a broken spring) with a temporary solution that wouldn't trap my cars in the garage. Throughout the installation process, the team kept me informed about what they needed to do and made sure they got my approval before making major changes to the structure such as pulling trim. All the work was completed neatly and they left my garage clean and without debris. Thanks!
