Ronnie called before his arrival and arrived on time. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and completed the work in the estimated time frame. Cost for work was very reasonable. My wife could not be happier that we have a functional "automated" garage door again

WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THE TECHNICIAN DID. TIME FRAME WAS A LITTLE OFF BUT UNDERSTOOD THAT HIS LAST CALL WAS TAKING LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ADVERTISEMENT THAT YOU HAD EMERGENCY SERVICE. CALLED ON A SUNDAY EARLY EVENING AND WAS TOLD HE COULDN'T GET OUT TIL THE NEXT DAY. I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE A RIDE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY.

Great Service! Had 2 new garage door openers installed with all the bells and whistles. Wifi enabled lift master opener is GREAT!!!! Replaced all the springs and rollers. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I went from the nosiest garage door on the street to the quietest.

You are a. bit over priced. 222.00 fo less than 45 minutes a new spring 2 pulleys and labor is a bit much. Your technician was very polite and experienced. If you didn't charge so much I would call you again. Clyde Roberts

I had Precision come out and perform some preventative maintenance on a 2nd garage door. I had a repair done a few months ago on another door. Precision honored the price that they gave me a few months ago and made the same repairs. They were quick, professional and did great work again.

When scheduling your appointments, Precision is very accommodating and you can request the same technician. I wouldn't use any other company but Precision. Very professional and competitive prices. I was very impressed with the entire staff at Precision Door. I needed my garage door repaired and your tech showed up on time and was completely knowledgeable. Never tried to "sell" me anything which I was so appreciative of. Quote was very reasonable and parts were ordered quickly. Service tech was great and repairs went smoothly. Office staff was great keeping me constantly appraised of the status of not only parts ordered but tech's timeframe as well. I couldn't recommend this company more. They were great to work with from start the finish. Should the need arise I would definitely call on them again. I'm confident you'll be just as satisfied. Full five stars!

Hello Tim: Since you asked I'd like to explain our story. A year or so ago we replaced our garage door through your company. We also updated the opener with the Lift Master. The door has been the best decision we ever made. One hiccup, after it was all said and done we asked the tech to help us with the app. Well, that is where it all began. You will have to look up the tech, I believe it was Brandon but no 100% sure. He totally blew us off with the app, saying oh you can contact them. He also had to set up a remote box thing for my car because he couldn't set the garage button in my car. He plugged that box into the outlet at the wall, no on the opener itself up on the ceiling. Never has it worked correctly. My husband and I have many times sat in the driveway for what seemed like hours trying to open the garage. We finally we have to get out and use the code for the door. We do take responsibility for some of this, we should have called and had someone else come, like we did today to help fix the issues. But my comment is this shouldn't have happened in the first place if the tech that installed and set up did his job. Today, I believe it was James that was our tech. My husband was home for the call. Well, kiddos to him. He put the app on my husband phone, set up the account and made sure we could open and close remotely from out phones. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I can't tell you how happy this makes us and how our faith has been restored with Precision. I know customer service is big with your company from all our dealings. So please make sure you give James a "high-5", time off, PTO extra something for a "job well-done" for us. It will make him want to do a good job each and every time.
